  1. Based on the way the current one has sold on Amazon, I’m not sure that will happen unfortunately. I am an avid Wolverine and X-Men collector and even I haven’t pulled the trigger on that one yet. Too many other individual figure priorities to focus on at the moment.
  2. In the past this would have 100% been a Toys R Us exclusive haha Now maybe Amazon would pick it up? I would say it could be an SDCC exclusive, but that would be four completely new highly sought after figures that Hasbro could make more off of as wider releases.
  3. Considering he is the only Toad we have, at least he was thrown in then haha
  4. There’s no street date on them. They rang up at self checkout no issues, and the May 1st date was just an expectation from Hasbro. So far this year the only wave we have seen with street dates is the Endgame wave due to the embargo. This same thing happened last year with the Sauron wave, except another collector beat me to the store and only left behind a Lady Deadpool. It dropped super early at Target and then a couple of weeks later hit Hasbro Toy Shop.
  5. Now that I have the Caliban wave in hand, I will say that it will be incredibly tough to beat. Nightcrawler and Sinister are very high up on my want list but from a wave perspective, Caliban is pretty perfect. It’s rare that I build the BAF simply because I already ended up buying all the pieces incidentally because I bought the figures. Plus the figure itself is great and made me dig in a bit more on the character.
  6. Sauron was a must have for me, but I passed on building Sasquatch. Although at this point I would only be missing the pieces from X-23 and Paladin (if I hadn’t traded most of them away) since I bought the rest of the wave. Some one on here posted a Mad Cap head on a Paladin body and now I am really debating on picking one up just for that...
  7. You aren’t kidding. The articulation on the old one is awful by even standards back then. We still have some unannounced figures in the vintage wave, maybe we will get lucky.
  8. That Sentinel is nuts. I was really hoping Hasbro would take some cues from ToyBiz when the we’re releasing the DOFP two pack, they they really dropped the ball.
  9. An affordable MK line would be sweet. I love the look of the Storm stuff, but $90 each is a lot.
  10. My runner up would be Apocalypse. He falls right in line with my favorite part of collecting, getting updated versions of my childhood toys.
  11. That’s an awesome X-collection! There are a few I have skipped here and there but my collection looks pretty similar to that. This heat is going to hit our wallets hard!
  12. Hiyooo The SVP got his jokes in too. It should be interesting though. I was never an avid First Family fan, but I would give this one a shot if nothing more than for history’s sake.
  13. The title says it all folks! What is your favorite BAF of all time and why? I know we have a new version coming out, but Juggernaut is still my all time favorite. I couldn’t believe the size of him when I was putting him together. Absolute. Unit.
  14. Great review! One of the better uses of the Bucky Cap mold in my opinion!
  15. The early Selects really were gorgeous. I had the Hawkeye that came with the Ant-Man on one of the arrows. To this day it was one of the coolest accessories I’ve ever had with a figure.
  16. This is key! Make sure to ask them when their most recent shipment of it was so you don’t end up running around for nothing. If any of the stores say they got them in April, then odds are that they have the Caliban wave. The device that they check DCPIs on will also tell you the last received date so whoever checks the number will also have the ability to give you that info. They can also tell you if they are expecting a shipment in soon usually to the week.
  17. You have to do whatever you need to in order to thrive in today’s world, man. A little retail therapy is always a good thing for a collector haha
  18. Did you see the packaging that Professor X came in? They had a whole Animated Series looking diorama in there and the white Storm was front and center. If we don't see her this year it would be a real shame.
  19. Does anyone else remember "Action League: NOW!" on Kablam on 90's Nickelodeon? I always wanted figures from that show haha
