  1. Naperville expanded recently and is carrying more stock FYI. May be worth the trip.
  2. Naperville. The Wheaton and Chicago Loop stores have also come up big for me in the past as well.
  3. Picked up MU Thanos and Wave 4? Living Laser at my local comic shop. If anyone here is in Northern Illinois and your Graham Cracker Comics carries figures you may want to check them out. Mine had wave 2 of the comic packs plus a good offering of older MU and Infinite along with Legends.
  4. Ordered Vision from BBTS. They have a lot of the newer waves in stock plus the 2-packs if anyone is looking.
  5. Captain Marvel and Yondu came in the mail yesterday. Both solid figures, good sculpts and paintjobs. Having these two and Black Panther in my hands I do miss having that extra POA in the arms and legs. I think I'm down now until wave 2 hits.
  6. I don't disagree with this, but the two-packs aren't bad price wise actually. $9.98 per figure beats the single carded $12.99
  7. Found the 2-packs at Target, picked up the Superior Iron Man/Machine Man pack. Got it home and Iron Man's elbow joint broke! Such a bummer. I really want the Jane Foster Thor and Major Victory, but that Odinson and Sam Wilson Cap are just horrible.
  8. Found and bought Black Panther at my local comic book shop yesterday, they had Triton and Spiderman as well, but I passed on those. My local Targets are still stuck on Beast wave and Walmart and Toys R Us have tags for the new Infinite Legends and, in the case of TRU, had a few figures and the Civil War bike. I grew tired of the frivolous hunt already so I ordered Captain Marvel and Yondu off TRU.Com Maybe one of these days hunting will pay off at a brick and mortar store more than once a year.
  9. Finally won a MU Scarlet Witch off eBay for a decent (all things considered) price: $36. Now to score a Quicksilver.
  10. Stopped at my (not so local) comic shop yesterday and picked up Vulture, Dok Ock, and Rhino from the Spiderman line. Waiting on the next waves to hit retail impatiently.
  11. Picked up Bishop, Deathlok, and Omega Red this week. Also received Ant-Man in the mail from an eBay purchase. Overall not a bad collecting week, but there's no one else in the Bishop wave I have any interest in (already have Beast) so back to the eBay hunt it seems.
  12. My local TRU stocked the MI Guardians of the Galaxy wave. Snagged myself the Ionic Wonder Man and now have that wave complete. My TRU went through a LONG drought on Marvel 3.75 figures so if you're in the same boat I'd give your local store a visit.
  13. Found Yellow Jacket at my local Target, no sign of the rest of wave 2 though. They did restock the pegs with wave 1 again so hopefully they sell for Christmas and I get new product here.
  14. Walked into my local comic shop today and discovered they had loose MU figures! Ending up buying loose Dr. Doom and Dr. Strange and the Bullseye/Daredevil comic pack all for $30.
  15. http://smalljoes.com/cgi-bin/pgen.cgi?Stage=5&CatId=5&Start=0 Can't figure out how to link via phone. Anyway, Small Joes has Marvel Infinite wave 2 & 3 up for pre-order along with in package photos. Apologies if this is old news.
  16. My haul from the con in Chicago this weekend: MU Abomination MU Angel MU Thor reborn Avengers Assembled Hulk Marvel Infinite Wasp Also bought a small version of a Godzilla one sheet. Overall very happy with my take, but I did leave with cash in my pocket and a want for more.
  17. Picked up the MU Grey Hulk from one of the last revision cases and the Avengers Assemble Black Widow.
  18. Went into Target today not even looking for new figures, but on my way out I swung into the toy department knowing I'd be disappointed and what do I see? Wave 1 of the Infinite Series...minus Wasp, but still they're here! Grabbed Hulk and Hyperion, left 3 Iron Men, 2 Caps, and a Grim Reaper. I like this Hulk A LOT more than I thought I would. Great head sculpt and articulation, just a really good figure all around. The only gripe I have is that the hip sockets don't move much on either figure, Hyperion shoulder joints are very stiff, and Hulk's mid-thigh cut is really loose.
  19. Picked up Avengers Assemble Red Skull at Target, A-bomb at my local comic shop, and Extremis Iron Man off of eBay.
  20. Bought the MU Extremis Iron Man and the Iron Man 2 Hypervelocity armor off eBay yesterday. Extremis Iron Man is going to be my new main armor display figure and the Hypervelocity will join its brothers in my Hall of Armor. Debating whether to make a big splash on the "flame on" Human Torch or maybe Ms. Marvel...or just wait until c2e2 at the end of April and grab what I can there.
  21. I really want that Mark 42 and Tony Stark, but not the other figures or price point...first world problems.
