  1. whoah, I had thought about doing something like this.. very cool good job with those Great job - I, too, wish I had thought of it.
  2. I found mine at TJ Maxx on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw. Gott the last one though.
  3. I found mine at TJ Mass on Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw. Got the last one though.
  4. WIP. Early proof of concept. I'm happy with the proportions. The hands may be a little big, but at least I didn't have to sculpt or paint them.
  5. Real Men of Genius! Here's to you, Mr. Marvel Universe Ankle Disassembler!
  6. I love my lightup base BW. IMO, all of the lightup base figures have better paints than their single card equivalents, but BW stands apart with Black Panther as being extra better.
  7. WIP. Got the wings installed tonight. The head was intended to be a placeholder and test to see how I liked the pixie hairstyle, but I'm almost tempted to lop off the pony tail and repaint the face. ^Oh, and I like the Blade!
  8. WIP Ka-zar. Zabu is a static model from a hobby store. Left to add: paint face to match body, finish loincloth, turn wristbands into leather instead of metal, and add knife/sheath. Also, paint over Zabu's white fur.
  9. I also like the backpack wings. Are they spring-loaded? What figure does the backpack portion come from?
  10. I hate those things! The Hasbro brainiac who clogged the aisles with those things can kiss MY badonkazonk!

  12. If anyone is near Waynesville, NC, I found single carded Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, and the new Punisher. There is still a She-Hulk left, as well as Juggy/Colossus and Mandarin /Silver Centurion, chariot Chitauri, and Avengers line Skrull. (I don't live here, I'm just visiting over the weekend.)
  13. *Sigh* And I had JUST placed an order. But I have three projects that need wings. I'm really glad someone did this.
  14. I was recently researching which Wasp costume to use, and I came across this fantastic collection (10 pages worth) of the history of her costume wear. It is mind boggling how many costume variations she's had. (I'm going with a hybrid version - if every artist gets to do his own, then I'm getting in on the act, too.) Link to the Wasp costume collection
  15. I'm on the verge of taking the plunge into customization (currently reading guides, thinking about equipment needs). While I would like a Maria Hill, that may be the Wasp head I'm looking for.
