  1. 24 hrs tops since that's about how long a store would hold it for. I'd still be mad if it was something I should've been able to have bought but I didn't have the opportunity. It's not really yours until you pay for it so don't mess with things that are not yours. If you put it on layaway or have them hold it, then it's in the stores hand and at least it's being done right. Are they different? Maybe, but I guess it's more of a morality issue. I believe in karma and IMO the stashers will have the same thing happen to them anyway. I'm just glad I don't have to worry about that over here.
  2. 1) having them held is fine. I'd have a better chance finding them over someone stashing them since most places will only hold them for the night, or maybe the next day. I would have something held if I was going to get them that day. 2) Layaway is fine too, assuming your store still DOES layaway. At least either way inventory is better kept. I would've used it too years ago if I needed. Too many people stash stuff though and never return for them. Then everyone gets screwed. So yeah, I'd be better off with either of those than if someone stashed.
  3. If I see what I want I'll buy it. Plain and simple. If a store had some figures I'd been looking for in stock for a week, but I couldn't find them because someone hid them and wanted to come back a week later and buy them when they got paid, I'd be pissed. First come first served my @$$.
  4. Yes, everyone should research online stores before purchasing from them. ToyGlobe does indeed suck.
  5. fall20 does not work. I have tried it countless times and nothing has ever happened. It seems like it only works on certain things. I've tried it with some GI Joes and Iron Man figures and it works. If you try the GI Joe cases by itself it doesn't work though. If you add a GI Joe or something it will take the discount only off of the figure but still give you free shipping. Weird. I got a Joe figure for about $6.04 shipped. Good Luck
  6. oh come on. he's way too big. Wolvie's up to Hulk's wang :o
  7. hey bub, he's up on HTS now link don't forget to use fall20 code
  8. Everyone still wants the BAFs to be like Toybiz's (earlier ones) back when they could afford it. A Build-A-Figure is just that. You get to build a figure. It doesn't have to be huge. Stars wars has them, even Ninja Turtles are doing them. People need to get over it. It's an extra figure. Cost be damned.
  9. Haha what does partially shipped mean? Are they shipping them piece by piece? it usually means it's processing or something like that. When you click on the order it will show "not shipped". Usually the next day or so will say Shipped
  10. Mine either...they had 2 WHOLE aisle displays for Iron Man and the Hulk figures though
  11. I don't know what HMV is but I guess it's possible that they carry the Target Exclusive mask set just like BBTS carries the Target Exclusive legends. Mine has an "only at Target" sticker on it though
  12. i got the 2 disk bluray saturday and it was like $27. they were all out of the regular 2-disk!
  13. Interesting. Maybe we'll see pics soon. There were a few at SDCC (Gold Mark I, Blue Iron Monger) and one that said "Torpedo Iron Man" which actually looks like that inferno Iron man. I'm curious about that red&gold war machine and Battle monger
  14. some dude is selling each of them loose w/ no BAF pieces for $40 each!
  15. anyone notice that Scarlet Spider packaging variant? :)
  16. wow, that one's pretty cool. I didn't even know there was one in the line! Have never seen protos of it before :o
