  1. That is an awesome Bifrost you got there. How'd you make it?
  2. Heads up guys, if anyone wants a business suit-clad Mandarin, his head fits perfectly on the new DC Multiverse Black Mask body. Now I gotta go hunt down a spare Black Mask.
  3. If you don't want them, I'd be willing to take them off your hands.
  4. Nothing Marvel (again), but I picked up 7 Amiibo figures. Glad I found Marth because he seems to be rare. Fox is definitely my favorite so far, but Samus is nice too. I'm interested to see how far Nintendo will go with these, because I will gladly snatch up each one they make.
  5. I've seriously been considering picking up that Doom to use as a Doombot. Don't feel bad if you're happy.
  6. I am from Lousiana but I personally prefer the Church's Chicken's honey butter biscuits :-) Blasphemy!
  7. I found the mysterious Loki figure that popped up on eBay recently. Big Lots got in a set of 5 poa MU figures just like Dollar General did. They had Spider-Man (a repack of the Family Dollar one), Iron Man (a repack of the AA one) and a Thor that is a repaint of the 5 poa AA figure. He looks pretty cool. I'm not sure how many people will care, but there's not much out on the Marvel front right now and I get bored easily. Also had Popeye's for lunch. Not Marvel related, and not really significant for any of you who live near Popeye's, but there's not one within 100 miles of my house so I get excited when I find one while I'm out of town. I sure do love their biscuits.
  8. I've tried to find a few extra Furys to repurpose as SHIELD agents but he's the only one of these 4 that I haven't seen at Ross.
  9. Found Leader and Hawkeye at Ross. I also scored the new series 2 Rabbids box set at TRU. If you guys haven't seen Big Hero 6 yet, go right now. Stay after the credits too. It's worth it.
  10. Looked up that Marvel Now Iron Man and I might have to pick one up. Sucks that it only has 5 poa, but it looks semi-decent. It looks really cool in person.

  12. Just scored the 5 poa Loki and Marvel Now Iron Man from Kmart.
  13. Big props for the Hulkbuster Armor. Not so big props on Ultron's face. Still excited to see it though. Ultron's face actually has a precedent in the comics. It looks like Ultron the Great from Annihilation: Conquest. At least the Ultron drones have the classic look. I really hope Hasbro gives us a badass Hulkbuster figure. Given his size it would need to be around 6-7" to fit in with MU, so we may get something fairly close in scale.
  14. Saw the Age of Ultron trailer and I can't stop sobbing like a little girl. It's so beautiful.
  15. I found the new DC Multiverse figures. I picked up everyone but Red Hood, who was MIA. Also found the comic style Donatello, so I'm done with Ninja Turtles for now. As usual, nothing good on the 4" Marvel front. I've also started picking up all the old Thunderbolts trades. I really love this team. The original issues are very well written. I can't believe I hadn't read them until now.
  16. That line has been tempting me for so long. The Venom and Iceman are just too cool. I think if they started releasing more X-Men besides Wolvie, I'd eventually crack. Of all the X related characters they should make, some Sentinels really need to be at the top of the list. They could issue plenty of repaints and I would army build them all.
  17. You're welcome sephiroth61787. I picked up the mashers Iceman today. Popped off his legs and stuck his upper body on the old water base from the ML Namor. He's my stand in for Hydro-Man
  18. Baymax, Hiro, Go Go, and Honey Lemon are nicely in scale. Wasabi is a little short. Yokai works fine in a group display, but he looks a tad short next to Cap or Spidey. Fred is an oddball. He doesn't mesh with any existing team or theme and he's oddly shaped. I guess he is in scale. As far as the Disney figures go, the gloss looks nice, but it's not worth the extra cash. I grabbed a few figures at the Disney Store only because the Lego store was sold out of what I wanted so I had extra cash to burn.
  19. Honey Lemon's mystery accessory is a stand. It clips onto her leg. A plain MU stand works much better though. Also, I've found the best way to stand Go Go is to slide the leg discs around to the back of her calves at a slight angle.

  21. Are they doing the preview tent thing like they did last year? Or are they actually at the show?
  22. I know it's nice to find everything in stores, but you are better off ordering by wave at this point. With Hasbro's lovely distribution, online is the only way to guarantee a set.
