She's a part of the Defenders She has affliation with Thundra and Valkyrie Hench the title Defenders Which don't specifically belong to a particular group. Misty Knight was announced as a Legend, same with Thundra and Valkyrie. It only makes sense to include Dani Moonstar now rather than never.

They should've included Dani Moonstar in this wave instead of War Machine

I found wave 1 locally at the end of January, all orders were already processed from Robot kingdom in January. BBTS didn't even get the Guardians wave until late fall. Preordering from Robotkingdom at least means getting them when they are scheduled to release as opposed to months later. Thanos and Hulkbuster wave will be PO at Robotkingdom - sucks paying $20 more for shipping but at least they arrive on schedule.

Emma Frost, X-treme Wolverine, Astonishing Cyclops, Bucky Barnes, 1st Appearance Cap were awful I want an Alpha Flight box set - re-released Guardian figure. I'd be mad if they repacked that Puck figure since I paid a pretty penny to get Emma from the Wolverine Legends wave North Star & Aurora! The new Magneto was crap IMO. Spider Gwen was announced at SDCC back in July - right when Hasbro unveiled the new Spider-Man wave.... Also Gwen Stacey was big in the film Amazing Spider-Man 2 which they happened to make a shitty Electro figure from Thirdly other "new" characters like Hulkbuster Iron Man from Age of Ultron Avenger 2 are announced as the BAF .... and fourthly they already have MARVEL NOW characters in the legends series including Marvel NOW Thor, Vision, Iron Man, and Cap (which are all relatively new designs)

When the hell are we gonna get a decent Mary Jane or Spider Gwen? Odd we get Misty Knight and J Jameson first..
