  1. Sersi in green is a must have for me as well. Her jacket look was a huge improvement but she was in green for quite a few adventures in her classic suit so I'd happily take both. I'm very happy with the Black Knignt offerings we've gotten so far. Hard to believe BK of all the Marvel characters as gotten such great, comic accurate love. I don't need a redo of Hasbros first offering as he wasn't an active Avenger when it was introduced plus wasn't a fan of his redesign. Nope, the last two BK figures have given me all I'll need
  2. So the art looks fantastic..but ugh.. just die already Ultimates Universe!! ....guess I still hold some residual bitterness on how this version of Marvel was forced down our throats in every medium (comics, Ultimate Avengers cartoons, Ultimate Alliancw default suits...) Then of course Marvel ruined their own cash cow with terrible writing and decisions....
  3. Fun idea.. out of left field for sure. To bad aesthetically he doesn't match the Stan Lee from a few years back. Weird we can assemble the famous Marvel bullpen from the 60s...
  4. I really like this set. Such a deep dive for these particular looks but for me, this was a dream set.
  5. I know Walmart sales can be regional but check the clearance aisle, today I saw the entire Spidey Retro wave marked down to $12.50.. I picked up a 2nd Rose to maybe use as another gangster type. I've seen this before, this particular Walmart didnt get these when the rest of the world seemed to and then they go straight to clearance when they did. I think the last time this happened was with the Eternals wave but ypu can't blame Walmart for getting rid of those as quickly as possible
  6. Are any of these on Amazon? No search has found any villains except Sandman and zero Spideys... I'm pretty sure the villains will be easy to obtain but seeing them sold out on Pulse makes me paranoid I should set a place holder preorder in place since, like normal, I'll find these in stores well before and online retailers get them
  7. Hey all, Big Bad Toy Store has this set listed that could very easily double as a XMen Danger Room or Avengers Teaining Room. FEXT System Sci-Fi 08 Training Room Diorama Mileage may very on cost vs what you get but it is in 1/12 scale and it could be a very cool diorama backdrop. In the past I've gotten a FEXT prison cell. The end product is nice but a bit fragile. It builds similar to Lego.
  8. So far the only exclusives that Wally World has messed up for me was the Symbiote Cap and StarLord. I ordered 2 Caps but they shipped one and canceled the other. Then like most others I never got StarLord.... all others have been easy. I'd estimate 6 successful with those 2 failures. Though my winning record may be more dumb luck than them getting their $#!+ together. Though I agree about the bubble mailer. Ridiculous that any retailer would ship any collectable in those let alone exclusives. I've had hit or miss with the mailers too. About half and half. Go figure these odds: I ordered 2 Bucky Caps that came in a box. 1 was fine, the other crushed. Fixit shows up in a mailer and is in mint condition. The hell?!?
  9. You could be on to something. The same body would fit for all you mentioned and future use possibilities.
  10. It's so cool that Hasbro is doing versions of these guys. $50 does seem steep but he has been the exception on over priced lately. I felt the Avengers 60th stuff was fairly priced except the joke that was Super-Adaptoid. My only (very slight) knock is for stickers, there is no crossover to the Raimi films as these are clearly NWH versions. But I'm confident they will be repainted down the road for thise early films. No Way these sculpts dor Govlin and Doc Ock get used once.
  11. So in my (admittedly) spotty comic recollection, dodnt "Savage" Namor have a full on gangly beard with the long hair? And good lord did this look line up with the equally gangly Aquaman with hook hand ? And I swear this version of Namorita's suit was closer to blue or aqua... I'm going to have to pull out my copy of Civil War to verify... I'm a big Namor fan but my preference is his classic green speedo. With the Walgreens version as well I'm actually pretty shocked Hasbro went for arguably his 3rd most recognizable look. Also, I was long out of comics in this era for Namor so not sure this is a look I need for any (IMO) important eras of his history. BUT... (and this is a big BUT) ... maybe such an odd, obscure version of Namor means someday we could get the gold highlighted Moon Knight from his WCA run.. g@@dam@ we are in a golden age of Legends for sure
  12. Yeah very weird right? Also didn't the tease fro. Some time back have the NHW ock arms as well? Like specific colors or lights? The pics of thos Doc don't seem to have that. Also.... pretty happy this isn't a true Spidey 2 Doc Ock as nobody needs a shirtless Alfred Molina... I mean... again...
  13. He IS a Demon Lobster. The combined might of both the Avengers and Xmen barely defeated him with timely assistance from Squirrel Girl and a a tub of butter. This was during Brian Michael Bendis Reign of terror. I'm f'ing around but honestly the Void may be one of the best powered up representations ever. Even if you have no idea about this character or origin, get this Legend. One of the best ever
  14. OK so NWH stuff.... as stated, the un.asked heads is a kick to the jewels for us box set buyers. Other than that, Sandman looks like he did int he film. Which wasn't great but screen accurate.. Hate the Retro card backs for these. Makes no sense and looks like crap compared to 90% of the MCU product ( hey, plastic free packaging was a corporate mandate, can't help those). Odd that they have Doc Ock as Spider-Man 2. Did they explain why? Or just to re-release him in NWH colors/ packaging later? The Void wave... I'm torn. Is this the rumored next Avengers wave? Love the new Vision,Priest Panther amd Justice. The Heroes Return Era getting some love....Namor and Namorita are maybe and Zarda looks phoned in, especially since her trammates look so good.but Crystar is the Orb of the wave. Waste of plastic. Void looks cool.
