I kinda like the idea of made to order sets, it may be the only way to finish off the Vol 1 Avengers woth guys like Dr Druid, D Man, Stingray or Swordsman. But in that world is two 6" figures worth +$75 ?!? This is truly for the die hard X fanand good on them of they want to spend it, but i not so secretly hope this comes in way lower than Hasbro expects.. then maybe they'll come to their senses on these prices

Does Iron Man not have a Player 2 repaint? I assume he would be in some blue colors or the Warmachine version of this armor.. why market thus wave as Player 2 but give the same colors as previous releases (I know, the first release was Gold)..

The comic book figures continue to be some of the quirkiest and fun waves Hasbro puts out. Still not a huge fan of the actual comic accessories, but the figure choices have consistently been inspired... Ive said it before, these comic waves remind me of the good ol days when Toybiz regularly put out waves from every corner of the Marvel U.. This time around, ill likely only pre-order Elektra as the previous waves have all been easy to acquire.. Im curious what the Santa Spidey will run. This feels like a $10 markup at least. ( pretty sure the Valentines Iron Man was about that) No interest in the Spidey animated stuff but its cool that they are getting reissued..

Casting seems fine. Reminds me that I had no idea who Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston were, and had very little to no knowledge of Chris Evans and Sebastion Stan.. and these cats all did alright... Oh.. also was not a fan of Downey at all at the time of his casting.. so it goes to show if the writing is good and the actor brings it, opinions can be changed..

Denzel chews scenary as a villain.. let's hope he is the antagonist in the next BP movie..

These Doomsday figures are incredible.. much better FF than their own movie but that was to be expected as the old "concept art" excuse was on full display with the original Thing figure.. First thoughts: love that the Avengers movie has only 1 Avenger in the lot.. but really hoping that Hasbro doesnt stick to their Endgame strategy and split the future waves between MCU and comic characters.. Endgame Legends had 3 waves ( and a few box sets) but what a wasted opportunity that the 1st two waves were half comic figures.. for releasing the biggest team up movie of all time ( at the time) it was personally disappointing that every wave wasnt Endgame figures.. I know haters will point to the Eternals as the folly of going all MCU but cmon... the difference is those were the Eternals and Doomsday will be nearly all of Marvel's most popular characters. Can't wait to spend big money on all this Avengers Doomsday goodness

I had been tossing around grabbing the older version when I heard this guy was announced.. so glad I waited. This Secret Wars line has been giving us some great villains and Constrictor is no different. I might wish his suit were a bit darker blue at times but at others he looks just incredible. The only thing I need out of this subline is for them to include Volcana , referably powered up, you'd think this would be a no-brainer but this is Hasbro after all. LOL

Classic suit Falcon... finally.. very happy to replace the retro suit. I dont see any flaws on this guy.. if it takes this long for Hasbro to get it right, I guess that's the price we pay.... And speaking of Hasbro, kudos to them for redesigning the arm "clasp" for Red Wing. In years past, this would have been rigid plastic that would have been stressed after the first use, then broken like so many of our Captain America shields. And that the clasp is removable is just cake... small detail but very appreciated

So what New Mutants team does this Cypher belong to? The recent Secret Wars Magik team? Speaking of Secret Wars.. if I were still collecting select waves in packaging, Id be all over that Dr Doom.. classic Secret Wars packaging, classic Secret Wars suit.. but alas, Hasbro has priced me put of double dipping long ago. The MCU stuff is okay, feels like they've beaten Deapool a d Wolerine to death but I do admit its a kinda fun FU to have Cavill as Wolverine in Legends form. The movie Spidey stuff feels mostly been there, done that.. a d the Tbolts set won't get me to bite at full price again. The rest will likely be sales or no interest

That Jessica Jones is a huge improvement over the earlier version.

Im enjoying these "mash- up" waves Hasbro has been giving us lately. I Especially liked the two mini comic waves for the variety and this wave feels very much in the same vein. And BOX is a perfect BAF for this wave.. Hopefully Hasbro gets back to what made the best BAFS, namely deep dives. For the characters: U.S. Agent: i have a love / hate thing with this era of this team. The WCA was my favorite book at the time of its cancelation but Force Works was still very much my team, just with terrible costumes. I mean Agent, Scarlet Witch and Wonderman had some of the most phoned in suits I've ever seen. But... I did have the Toybiz 5" version that this Agent figure is updating. Not the biggest fan, and I cant belive Im saying i wish this had been the "Judge Dredd" inspired look Agent wore for a time. Marrina: one more Reserve Avenger off the list! And so cool to complete Alpha Flight ( along with BOX, and maybe if they ever make a Talisman figure.., I can call this team done) Reyes Ghost Rider: one more Avenger to add. Im not too torn up that we didnt get the car, it was cool (cough*overpriced*) but if im being honest, i had no where to display it. So Robbie gets added to my later Avengers lineup sans car. Dark Hawkeye: so glad they didnt just repaint an already made Hawkeye figure. The Dark Avengers are shaping up nicely. Psylocke: great suit from the only era I collected XMen regularly. Ill grab for my personal nostalgia. Lady Deadpool: only need for the BOX piece. But I suppose its a nice update. Ultimate Wolverine: is this guy from the most recent Ultimate rehash? Is this even Logan? Ill grab on clearance or sale BOX: amazing choice! Another version of a character that holds a special place for me as I was collecting Alpha Flight during this version. And I continue to be amazed with Hasbro’s engineering. Making a large, boxy character as articulated is a absolute feat... and something Hasbro is distancing themselves from the competition with how well designed their larger characters have become. Rival stuff is not for me. Hate the designs so easy pass

Always felt the same when the Silver Centurion and Warmachine were colored white. I can see its white, but my mind "sees" them as shiny silver. Weird how THIS effect works for me lol

This is a good point. "Our" Vision ended up in Anti-Vision's body for an extended period so for me, I'll gladly take the Crossing era suit. But as you've pointed out, he works for an Avengers villains shelf as well. Damn.. do I need to get two sets?!?

Got my BW / Quicksilver set too. I had forgotten Quicksilver wore this suit during the Busiek / Perez Heroes Return era as well as the Crossing. Always loved this version of Quicksilver
