The Hydra 2 pack is out. One of the local TRU's had 6 sets, but would only issue me 1. Couldn't get mad because I know why (damn scalpers keeping me from army building in one fell swoop). I was going to get 4. Gotta piecemeal it now. PS: Went to the other TRU and they had 3. The guy at customer service knew I'm in there all the time and that I'm not a scalper (they call them "resellers"), so he let me get all 3. Army complete!

You won't regret getting into the line, best all around line at the price point on the market today imo. I agree 100%, but you wouldn't know it by all the incessant complaining by collectors that goes on.

Price dropped to $16.99 today. Sue Storm also available online for $16.99. I ordered yesterday and they sent me email that they shipped it. I called customer service and was issued a refund for the difference. Gotta love a sale where you can actually get the item and it not be "unavailable" or "out of stock" (Human Torch is now out of stock online by the way).

We don't need a "redo" of Emma Frost (She was redone in that Wolverine "etailer" wave about 5 years ago and with the exception of missing her cape, it came out good), but it would be nice if we got her in her modern dark costume look. Definitely Toad either in classic or even modern look. Mr Sinister doesn't really need a redo since the Toybiz version was great, but I can see Hasbro making him just because we have new collectors. We don't need a redo of Professor X, but we could use him in his hover chair (I'd like him dressed in his tactical attire). I agree with all your suggestions of the "newbies" with the exceptions of Moira and Morph (I can't see wasting slots on civilians and non existent characters), but that's me.

I can confirm the 3 movie figures in the upcoming Black Panther wave, as well as case ratios; 2x Black Panther, 2x Killmonger, 1x Nakia (probably in her red battle wear), 1x Invincible Iron Man, 1x Black Bolt, 1x Sub-Mariner. For those wondering how I know, it's because I was contacted by my rep from EE to see (as he always does) if I wanted any cases (to which I of course said "yes") and he advised me on the case ratios and names of the as yet not officially announced movie figures. Unless she sets it off in the movie, I don't know about Nakia selling. I don't have word on the BAF.

Yep. They went live exactly at 10:00 AM EST, I got my order in with a credit card at 10:05 AM (after the site errored out on Paypal for me), and they went out of stock at 10:10 AM. Star Wars Captain Rex was up until 10:45 AM, and I realized after I placed my order that the IDW set was up as well, but while I was looking for the right thread here to post about the IDW set it went out of stock. Then I stood ZERO chance! I start work at 7 (10 eastern). I have a sneaking suspicion the eBay prices are gonna go up now that the scalpers can sell with impunity. Just look at eBay! I was right! Now that the exclusives have sold out, the average "Buy It Now" price has jumped from $59 to $89. And the auctions are off the chain! People are actually bidding in the $50's and $60's. No wonder we have the ongoing scalper problem.

Yeah the TRU Magento from 2-3 years ago was great but before that Magneto was few and far between and even those were pretty bad. That X-men classics Magento with the floppy helmet and stupid laser on his shoulder is one of the worst figures ever . I would bet it is the modern Magento or Marvel Now Magneto since he hasn't worn the purple and pink outfit for a while now . I love the grey look though . I think it was more like 5 years ago but that's still pretty recent. In other words WAY too soon to have another Classic Magneto! People really have to get a grip on this "redo love". Magneto's more recent outfits are the way to go at this time. As for Sabretooth, I can see Hasbro making an attempt at his classic look even though the Toybiz version, like the Beast will be hard to beat.. I would also love his more recent X-Men costume. I'm diggin' all your 2-pack suggestions. Wouldn't it be something if Cloak & Dagger as well as Black Daredevil (I love this costume) came out in the next Spidey wave?

It's difficult to tell from the one closeup. The ab crunch may be hidden within those ab lines. The figure does have butterfly joints so I find it difficult to believe in this era of Legends, it would come sans ab crunch, but we've been disappointed before. Guess we'll see.

The pain to the wallet continues! The Hydra 2 pack has hit Canada. Will not be long before they get to the states. They've already begun showing up on eBay. Hell, forget the pain! MY wallet will experience cardiac arrest! This is army building for real!!!!

The Thor/Valkyrie 2 pack DPCI actually started working shortly after you guys said it worked for you. Better still, after finding none locally via Brickseek, I went to my friend's house some 30 odd miles away and on a lark, I checked his area and sure enough, one of his local Targets had a case. We went, saw nothing, asked a rep who found them in the back. Thor Raggy wave officially complete.

I'm right there with you on Iron Man. I really thought they resolved this issue, especially when you consider they are aware of it! Unfortunately the figure you saw isn't a prototype. It's production (Dwight stated this in an interview with Boog Nice) so what we see...is what we're getting (yup, this includes the way too short Sasquatch BAF).

That Shuri/Klaw 2 pack looks tight! As far as the Iron Man (ANAD) figure goes, it looks like Hasbro dropped the ball on the height again judging from it's pose next to Paladin. Tiger Stripe Wolverine actually has expression on the head sculpt. Getting a modern Spider-Woman and King Cobra looks sick.

Not so fast. I believe the retro carded figs are coming out soon. Correct. Not to mention the Target exclusive Thor/Valkyrie 2-pack. Plus the word is the Deadpool wave will come out before year's end. Don't know how accurate that is.
