My nearest (and quite awful) Walmart had the entire Strong Guy wave and I was able to complete it. Walbombs is just soooo unpredictable. It will have nothing for weeks and then all of the sudden, have a glut of the latest wave. Also, my local Targets have the Sugar Man wave marked down to $13.99. I'm in SE Michigan.

I agree, Walmart is just heinous. It is so hit or miss there. And typically, it's a miss far more often. Yet they keep getting ML exclusives. To this day, I have never seen the exclusive Thanos (from a couple of years ago) at my local Walmart. Never.

Found the new War Machine today at Target. I stop at a few Targets on my home from a project site I visit every 2 weeks and one of them had 3 on the shelf (well, now 2). Also had Apocalypse, but I got him last week from another Target (and also on the way home from another work related project site).

Got the same e-mail today from Walgreen's. Fortunately, I hedged my bet and went out and bought IM 2020 from my local store. I kept reading about folks getting pre-orders canceled, got a little nervous, and figured I would play it safe. Turns out it was the right move.

Speaking of not finding figures, where is Iron Patriot from the Bro Thor wave? I have never seen it in any store, not Walmart or Target. I have every other figure in the wave (many of which I saw only once and bought when found), but IP has been impossible to find. And each time I have checked Hasbro’s website, it’s out of stock.

After somewhat of a drought, I hit the jackpot today. I stopped in at a Walmart close to where I used to live and found the entire second Endgame wave or should I say the six in that wave that I wanted. They had actually put out two cases. There were 4 War Machines, 2 Rescues, 2 Rock Pythons so I had my pick of the best ones. Previous to this, I had stopped in at this same Walmart and the selection was just awful. Walmart runs so hot and cold, it's crazy. After this, I stopped at a Walgreens and picked up Spiderman from the Far From Home wave. A little lighter in the wallet, but well worth it.

My local Walgreen's (and the one that just happens to be closest to me) has been hitting it out of the park lately. Over the past few months, I've picked up Mystique, Infamous Iron Man just this past Friday and today I had to fill a prescription so I checked as I always do when I am there and they had Gambit, Forge, and Skullbuster from the Caliban wave. I am really not interested in Skullbuster but I did pick up Gambit and Forge. I just hope they continue to be such a great resource for the ML waves.

Has anyone seen Mystique at any Walgreen's in Michigan? I want to take advantage of the $13.99 sale for the ML figures. Regarding the Kingpin wave, I was very lucky and picked up the entire wave except for Symbiote Spiderman at Target over a month ago. That's the only time I have seen it at retail. I completed the wave a few weeks ago via Hasbro Pulse and ordered Symbiote Spiderman for MSRP.

I used to be very close, Monroe, MI but I have moved further north. However, just tonight I stopped at the Walgreen's nearest to me and they had 2 Magik's on the shelf so I grabbed one. Thanks for the information, spiderguy. I was going to check in Monroe the next time I was there, but it's no longer necessary. Now on to the second vintage wave. Only have seen it at Gamestop so far.

Has anyone seen Magik somewhere in Michigan? I am reading about collectors finding her all over and I think someone saw a dozen Magik's at one Walgreen's. I have been to several locations and in areas outside of the ones I typically check and nothing.

Gamestop has all action figures 25% off this week (ends Saturday). Picked up both the MCU 10th anniversary Ultron and Archangel yesterday. They don't stock many of the Legends that they do carry, but their website is fairly accurate at indicating which stores in the area have it (them) in stock.

Target has the Rainbow Deadpool Marvel Legends 5-pack on clearance for 50% off. I said early on that I wasn't going to pull the trigger especially when the regular price was $65. I didn't see much interest in it from anyone else in the forum either. I saw it for less than that on-line, but when I saw it today at half off, my resistance was broken down. Yup, that's right I grabbed it.

It has been a good week as far as successful finds. Picked up the Walmart exclusive Tony Stark/Iron Man Mk 1 10th anniversary ML two-pack and I found the Thing at one of the several Walgreen's in my area. A big thank you to my wife for picking them up for me. As someone noted in an earlier post, Hasbro did a really good job with the Thing. Plus, I found out something when she got home after buying them. She qualified for a senior discount and they knocked $4 off of each one. I told her she is going to buy all of my Walgreen's exclusives from now on! Oh, and HTS is offering 15% off of Marvel right now.

I am secretly pleased when things occur like what happened to me last night at a local Walgreen's. I appeared that someone had hidden (or tried to hide) three Venom wave figures across the aisle, down from where the Legends are typically located, behind some other toys. They were even laying on their side to better conceal them. I noticed them and nabbed the Poison. Hey, if you can't buy it initially, don't hide it so no one else can either. Be fair.

I was fortunate enough to find all three sets at a Meijer store. They had multiples of each one.

What area(s)/state(s) is/(are) the Thing and Magik showing up at Walgreen's?

Me too, Sparty. Hasn't been that bad here in MI although I only found the SS at a Walgreen's that is not one of the few that I frequently check. My regular ones have yet to get it in. I don't know what to expect with the Thing exclusive.

FYI fellow collectors, check your local Gamestop. I happened to stop into the one near me yesterday just to "see what they had" and I was able to get the last three figures I needed to the complete the SP/DR wave. Today, I found the Thor/Sif MCU 10th Anniversary two-pack at another Gamestop. The best part is that they are offering 25% off all action figures right now. That reduced the legends to less than MSRP and the Thor/Sif to under $40. What great couple of hauls over the last two days!

I just ordered four of the seven SP/DR wave from HTS and the AMERICA discount code worked when typed it in at check-out. Plus i was able to get free shipping. Thought about ordering all of them since they were all in stock, but I am hoping to get the balance of the wave at retail. And I found the Lizard wave at Walmart yesterday. They had all of them except (of course) Mysterio. I am in SE MI. Still no Silver Surfer at Walgreen's either. I even e-mailed from the website asking about availability and they responded that they didn't know when it would be in-store. I did the same thing with the first appearance Daredevil a few years ago and they told me exactly when it would be at retail and they were spot on.

Speaking of Black Panther, I actually found two of the recent ML exclusive at my local Walmart after deciding to stop on the way in to work this morning. First sighting ever in a store. Of course, I had to pick one of them up.

Just found and purchased the exclusive Evolution of Groot ML figure from my local TRU. Funny thing occurred, however, when I was at the checkout paying for it. To make a longer explanation a little shorter, the manager went and pulled the remaining Groot figures off of the pegs after the salesperson called her over. Turns out that when the salesperson scanned it, it didn't appear in the system and that's when he contacted the manager. When I asked, he explained that the figure is not supposed to be available for sale until March 1st. But, because it was on the floor, they had to sell it to me. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Was in the local TRU last Friday and found what was left of the Sandman BAF wave, Ms. Marvel and the Jackal. I don't think the Ms. Marvel will be difficult to find later so I only picked up the Jackal. When I asked an employee about it, he said that they had put out (I assume) the entire wave on Thanksgiving night and what I found was all that was left. Basically the shrapnel was all that remained. The Jackal figure does look good. Will be anxious to hear from the previous person that has a friend who is a TRU store manager regarding availability of this wave.

I was able to get Rogue from the Hasbro Toy Shop so I have completed the acquisition of the BAF figures for that wave. However, finding Deadpool anywhere in the retail realm remains nearly, well actually completely, impossible. I can find remnants of the wave at Walgreen's, Target, Meijer but Deadpool (and Wolverine and Rogue for that matter) are never seen. On another subject (and I have seen others ask this same question), has anyone seen the Walmart exclusives? I am in the Midwest and the Walmart stores I frequent never even have the 3-3/4" Legends (or Infinite Series) figures. I only see the 6" Legends. Anyway, if anyone find the exclusives in the Midwest, let me know.
