  1. Really?!? I received no info on that. I was informed however, that a payment for the Vintage wave is pending. That would be something if I got a 2fer. Would be the 1st time for that. You havent received your vintage wave yet? I got mine a couple weeks ago. Get with your rep to get in earlier on the queue. Mine puts in automatic orders without even calling me first.
  2. They havent charged me yet, but its expected to ship today and arrive Wednesday.
  3. Price change was an error. Received confirmation just now.
  4. My rep says it could be an error. He said they havent received any kind of notice from Hasbro. I asked him yesterday and he said he would get back to me, but no response back yet.
  5. It went live for preorder and then sold out #$@#. When did this happen. Usually this website lets us know things like that. Will it come back up at all you think? yesterday afternoon it went up. Im sure it will become available again.
  6. Hydra pack has finally hit Northern California. Sacramento has 2 cases out
  7. nice! Mine didnt give me any of that info. I talked to him yesterday and he didnt even know Iron Man was confirmed. My order went through earlier this morning.
  8. In store sighting or online?in store - Northern California. They now have a Walgreens Exclusive sticker so you know if it was found in store. You're south bay right? I'll have to start checking up here in the north bay. Not too worried. All Walgreens Legends have been easy finds. Are you going to the toycon up here on saturday? I am.....O_O Oh cool. I can usually find some gems at decent prices at this con, as I collect various lines. Did a Walgreens run today too. No Torch in the area yet. I'm sure soon or all the scalpers scooped 'em up for the convention. Central Valley. I found it in Sacramento, but its hit Modesto and Stockton too. Serveral Bay Area Walgreens too. I know someone in the Santa Rosa area did find it today. I wont be up there this weekend unfortunately.Interesting, I checked 2 of my 3 Walgreens. Just my luck haha.Call them and give them the upc to look it up. 630509589227

  11. The basic jist is: character redesigns happen (very often, actually), comic sales have mostly been trending down and Marvel worked to expand interest in its comic universe by creating more diverse characters and trying new things with older ones. Some succeeded, some failed, and now they're folding their successes back into a revitalized main line. How this all pans out remains to be seen. Regardless, if they don't try new things, they stagnate and die. I certainly don't love every idea they've had but am relieved they continue to look for new approaches to storytelling to keep things fresh and attract new readers so that this art form can survive. Also, and on a more basic level, when you look at all the different costumes and variants that so many of these characters have had over the years, her costume had remained basically unchanged FOR 40 YEARS. Like it or not, a revamp was long overdue. And if enough people don't like it, they'll change it back. I, for one, only cherry pick the 6" line but will be quite happy owning one of each costume. completely agree with you
  12. My Target had them in the back this weekend, but I was unlucky enough to ask for help from one of the employees who actually cares about the street date. the street date on the carton is august 1st so not sure why they wouldn't sell to you. I hear the reset is for October 8th, but they should still sell to you.
  13. It's difficult to tell from the one closeup. The ab crunch may be hidden within those ab lines. The figure does have butterfly joints so I find it difficult to believe in this era of Legends, it would come sans ab crunch, but we've been disappointed before. Guess we'll see.I've seen someone mention that it looks like the ANAD Spider-Man 2099 mold.
  14. I didn't know any of that lol. I just actually started reading comics a few years ago so I don't have all the history of these kinds of things. I tend to think people on both sides have their fair points. I'm very go with the flow so whatever changes are made, they're made so I move on. Don't really care about the reason. That is also attributed to the fact that I haven't been a long time reader of the comics though.
  15. People claim Marvel made her look more pc now because she no longer wears the tight bodysuit or have the voluptious figure any more. Marvel redesigned her to be more modern but less of a fan service character, is what he's referring to. I honestly didn't care for her original outfit. I like this modern look. I actually read for the full ANAD run. If you read that run, you'll see that she is still drawn with a voluptuous body, just with a practical costume now.
  16. LOL, same here but I work nights in the U.S. I always have to sneak to the company computer around SDCC or NYCC to see whats coming out. Speaking of NYCC, are they planning more reveals around that time or is this it till Toy Fair? yep hence the reason they didn't complete the spider-man wave Dwight Stall said the Black Panther movie figures will be revealed at NYCC.
  17. How dense am I?! All this time I've conversed (or debated) with you and I never realized you're THAT MCUCollector! I saw your bid on the 2 pack earlier this afternoon. Brickwork claims the DPCI is invalid by the way.On YouTube? The DPCI worked for me.
