I think this is showing the emergence of the Professor Hulk persona.
I know that, it was a joke. But that uniform looks very weird. I understood the idea of maybe having a cloth that doesnt tear every time he turns.

Wow, they just released the trailer! At this point you gotta wonder are they scared of the fan backlash or just aren’t ready? And is the film even gonna be worth the watch and all this trouble? I’d say just go ahaead and scrap the film, but like you said they already made it so why not go ahead and release it? I don’t know man, just ain’t looking good for Fox X-Men but hopefully this opens the door for for Marvel Studios/Disney reboots if the Main X-Men!!!!
Maybe they are pushing it to be as close as possible to the Disney deal, so that when it happens, people don't care as much.
The movie is happening. It's done. The other productions could be stopped indefinitely because they are either half way done or still in pre production .

Just to be clear, I don't expect a new fully-realized Deadpool movie. On the other hand, if they DID, who's to say it would be rushed? If they were able to film an entire movie in secret, then who's to say when they started pre-production. What about all that talk of extra X-Force footage they filmed to fool fans before DP2s release? What if that was just smoke to cover-up filming of another movie?
Come to think of it, Ryan Reynolds has been relatively quiet lately... and for Reynolds, that's unusual.
He is a loudmouth. If they had something he wouldn't be quiet about it.
I have read that a movie takes two years to be made. Pre-production takes 6 months. They could shoot the whole thing ins 4 months, not less. Post-production takes no less than 2 months IF they don't have re-shoots or lot of CGI to make. If this movie was shot back to back with the last one, I would say that one years is enough like Avengers 3 and 4. That is basically one huge movie split in two parts.
The extra scenes will go to the bluray and they had released a director's cut also.

Congratulations. This custom looks very nice. I'm not into this look, but it was very well executed.

I also think that they should just drop everything.
But like Jay said, Dark Phoenix is unlikely to be cancelled due to the already spent money. And it was a pretty penny. I'm will say that I'm interested to see this new take on the storyline. Sure, I'm not expecting an amazing movie, but it will probably be much better than the first attempt to tell the story.
Those generic outfits are beyond disappointing and we had a glimpse of those things a few months ago when a movie theater released pictures or leaked, can't remember, of they promotional material for the movie. We had hopes that it wasn't the case. Unfortunately it is.
About the other movies I am like 100% certain that they will be cancelled. Can't remember they status of New Mutants, since a trailer dropped not long ago. More like a teaser, but still. Can't remember if the production was halted or if they actually got part of the movie done.
About DP, the cartoon is definitely a possiblity. Since it's much complicated to develops a full film in one year. No script, director or anything. If they rush this just to make sure buck might undermine everything that has been achieved so far. But I think that they will make this cartoon a series. We'll probably hear something more conclusive soon, because like I said it's almost impossible to get a good original movie in less than two years with all the special effects and post production done. Not taking into account possible reshoots.

I think you’re right. If this is successful, Marvel Studios may find a way to integrate this version of Venom in. They’ve already made one deal with Sony and Sony has made it clear that they want this movie to be part of MCU Spider-Man.
If Sony wants money they will do it.

Just really wish they managed to put Venom in the MCU, maybe they are waiting to see if the movie is a hit an then do that.
Venom without Spidey is just wrong.

Just watched the episode one and damn it's good. Can't wait for more. So the M of every episode stands for Mutants or Morlocks. And also it's great that the put them there. Will we see Calysto?

There is a guy cjesim https://www.cjesim.com/
He makes clothes and other accessories for action figures. He made an amazing samurai outfit and put in the Old Man Logan from Mezco and looks awesome. His stitching is better than the original one.
If you don't like the original clothing you can always buy the figure one and customize it.

I wish they would wait on more X-men movies till MCU can make them. I'm sure this will be watchable, but MCU studios X-men would be legendary!
This movie was already in post production when the deal went through, so the money was spent and the whole thing was already done.

I thought they kinda screwed up the second season. Yet another instance of Disney killing a Marvel property with comedy (she's knocked out and dreams a music number... SERIOUSLY!?!).
Still, it was a great show and I'd have loved to see it go on.
That cliffhanger that they left never resolved pissed me off. Things were stating to look good. Peggy and Howard were great together and Jarvis was a lot of fun.

Yikes... Psylocke is terrible looking now. Why would they ruin such an awesome iconic character by undoing her wild backstory??? One of the best things to ever happen to Psylocke was her transformation into a new body. I don’t understand what the motivation behind doing this..
I also hated it. Thank God Hasbro released her figure before that. About the why they did it, I have some ideas. In the world we live in now, some guys at Marvel though thea perhaps she was like "culture appropriation" or something like that. To me, Psylocke will always be the purple haired ninja in a bathing suit like uniform.

The other side of that is they tend to give more genre shows a chance. Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, Once Upon a Time, Lois and Clark, etc.
I loved Agent Carter and I got pretty upset when they cancelled it.

I re watched the trailer and we will get Genosha, apparently. I am very curious about the character of Jessica Chastain. Rumor has it that she will be a gender bent version of Mr Sinister. I really hope not. We have been getting lots of bits about him, but so far nothing really conclusive.
I hope the next trailer gives us more. It is the last Fox movie, so this is The End like the Doors song.

Thats right! I forgot about that too. They just always like to give them long necks, mostly on that butt hyperion body mold.. awful.
Happens a lot to female figures too. Elsa Bloodstone is an example and I believe that the new Widow has the same issue.

Just watch it and I am very excited for this. They didn't show, but I really hope that she goes classic on her outfit as the apparently are donning the X-Factor costume or at least some sort of alliteration to that.
The best movie of this new set is definitely First Class followed closely by DOFP. Apocalypse had such potential, but it was the weakest. I have such high hopes for this new one. Probably the last one before the merge.
We probably gonna have the Brotherhood in this one.

There is also the lollipop syndrome. Thsoe head floating on the neck pegs. It suckes when it happens with nice figures.

I will watch the first episode today and then come back to comment. I really was looking forward to this show to come back.

Weird how hard a time all the toy companies are having with a chris evans bearded head sculpt
The only one that get s it done is Hot Toys. But you just can't compare Hot Toys quality with 6 or 7 inch figures. Even Neca at the quarter scale figures didn't quite get the likeness.

Beast is one that I definitely need in my Selects collection. I wish the figure was larger and the head was different. Maybe come with two heads and one has the glasses on. Hasbro will for sure release Beast soon enough.

I agree with you Jay. This set is very disappointing. They should have given us a regular Pepper. Would be cooler if they have used another armor like the Bones one and the best thing of the set is TRevor, but overall I don't think is worth it.

This looks like the most faithful to the original version of Venom in action figure form Ive ever seen. It looks beautiful! And its nice to see a Brock head that looks right and not Legends oversized awkward gorilla face thing.
It has Todd MacFarlane all over. The head is much better that the huge ML head. ML has a thing for a while of putting huge heads on figures. You put the masked one side by side the unmasked and in no way they match.

Another one that I would definitely have in my shelf. I really wish I could have all the Wolverines that they make. The Japan saga is one of the most important times in the life of Logan, Hasbro should make a figure like this, but in no way they would beat the quality of this Mezco. The way they make their cloth outfits is perfect for this figure.
Could have another head tho, one of the included heada is the same one as the Logan figure with the cowboy hat.

Much as I love Agents of SHIELD, AND Sharon Carter, I think its time we got a "full ride" superhero series. You know, suit, powers, villains, the whole bit.
Yeah. we need that. The thing with ABC is that the kill off more shows than any other network. I don't know if you guys remember No Ordinary Family. I thought that te show was cool and got axed after just one season.

2018 NYCC Exclusive One:12 Collective Wolverine Ronin Figure From Mezco
in Marvelous News's General Area

That is the point of exclusives. Imagine if they made like an Age of Apocalypse or other cooler and very wanted figure like they did last year.
Exclusives are always supposed to be this: cool figures, but that don't have such a high demand.
