Ugh. Looks like a cartoon. Looks like a Venom for a comedy film. -
I'm not digging it that much based off these photos. The waist looks too narrow. I hope it looks better in person.

I trust Dan Slott to write a good FF series since he's pretty much a walking FF encyclopedia. His Spider-man stuff after Superior Spider-man were pretty trashy and his new Iron Man looks okay.
