Promise I'm not trying to start a fight or any bs, but I liked Adam Warlocks character arc. I feel like it mirrored Rocket. Another science experiment being used for ends he doesn't understand. His first few minutes on screen are totally awesome. There are some jokes there because he's naive, but they aren't really haha jokes. They start me feeling sorry for him. I'm excited for his MCU future by the end.

    Agree completely

  2. I can’t wait to watch it again tomorrow. It is such a beautiful film and a great sendoff to this version of the team. Easily my favorite 3rd movie in the MCU, or tied to Infinity War, but that feels like cheating. GotG was already my favorite movie and it was shaping up to be my favorite trilogy, but it truly went above and beyond what I was expecting. This makes me very excited for what Gunn has in store for DC

Oh yay, another Spider-Man villain movie without Spider-Man. Except this time it's rated R. Maybe this one will finally be the one Sony! Boy would I have liked to have seen a live-action showdown between Spidey and literally any of these villains, but I guess all of them shoved into a bloodfest together is the best I'm gonna get. Good lord, I hadn't realized how much resentment I've built up for these movies lol.

Feeling the same way. Still haven’t watched Morbius, but with both Venoms I had enough

Pretty cool, I do like the suit Cassie has in the movie, they did a nice job on the unmasked head, which is actually cool that a BAF has two head options, I'm not going to build her, but I dig it, the question is will they do a regular sized version for the MCU collectors anytime soon? I think more people want that. I do still think MODOK should have been the BAF for this wave, and Cassie in regular size should have replaced maybe Ultron or Future Ant-Man.

I agree on the MODOK BAF, but at the same time, I think I prefer Cassie BAF than regular sized. I was disappointed at first, but the more I think about it, I prefer my figures with some sort of powered up version for my display, so it works out best that she’s bigger. Then again, depending on where the MCU goes, we could’ve gotten her in a later movie wave and gotten MODOK first. Now we’ll have to wait for a deluxe or anniversary wave to get him, probably.

Kang is a must have for me, even more so after I missed out on the recent Comic Book 1.  The design is pretty fateful to the comics, and I like the added cape to the figure, as it gives up a "Conqueror" look to him even more.  I suspect though they may decide to re-release Kang with a non-blue head down the road, but I'm okay without it, as Blue is Kang to me.

If you bought He Who Remains you could probably swap that head. That would explain it being so serious when the character was so playful in Loki.

It's more of just a representation of the sheer lack of anything MCU related recently. We've had like 3 livestreams and several reveals and absolutely nothing MCU except for that What If Gamora. I'm just really getting tired of not seeing them reveal anything I'm interested in except for that overpriced PS5 Spider-Man and few pipeline reveals.

I feel you man, I'm only MCU collecting right now and the drought (while welcomed financially) is pain.

  7. I loved into the spider-verse... that said... I'm worried this may become a "ready player one" situation where the movie becomes a scavenger hunt for easter eggs without a cool story to tell... because as much as the first one has groundbreaking animation the thing that makes it truly outstanding among spider-films is that it's a great story. Taking that away in favor of cameos and easter eggs could feel like a disservice.
