Promise I'm not trying to start a fight or any bs, but I liked Adam Warlocks character arc. I feel like it mirrored Rocket. Another science experiment being used for ends he doesn't understand. His first few minutes on screen are totally awesome. There are some jokes there because he's naive, but they aren't really haha jokes. They start me feeling sorry for him. I'm excited for his MCU future by the end.

I can’t wait to watch it again tomorrow. It is such a beautiful film and a great sendoff to this version of the team. Easily my favorite 3rd movie in the MCU, or tied to Infinity War, but that feels like cheating. GotG was already my favorite movie and it was shaping up to be my favorite trilogy, but it truly went above and beyond what I was expecting. This makes me very excited for what Gunn has in store for DC

I agree on the MODOK BAF, but at the same time, I think I prefer Cassie BAF than regular sized. I was disappointed at first, but the more I think about it, I prefer my figures with some sort of powered up version for my display, so it works out best that she’s bigger. Then again, depending on where the MCU goes, we could’ve gotten her in a later movie wave and gotten MODOK first. Now we’ll have to wait for a deluxe or anniversary wave to get him, probably.

May jump on Miles and Gwen after reviews. I’m missing her in any capacity and the full outfit for him seems like an upgrade from the shorts and jacket from the last movie

This looks cool and all, not exactly my cup of tea tho… does anyone know if it’s teenaged sized? The one thing this does do good for me is remind me I want to buy a 1:12 cat set or something.

I just don’t like Target exclusives. They’re so elusive in Mx and hard to come by. I understand them being “more expensive” because of the multiple accessories… but I’d buy 5 in a heartbeat if they weren’t exclusives+more expensive than regular releases. I’ll be happy if I find 1, but would love to get at least 3 at some point.

The design is pretty fateful to the comics, and I like the added cape to the figure, as it gives up a "Conqueror" look to him even more. I suspect though they may decide to re-release Kang with a non-blue head down the road, but I'm okay without it, as Blue is Kang to me.
If you bought He Who Remains you could probably swap that head. That would explain it being so serious when the character was so playful in Loki.

I hope I can resell the comic figures quick enough. I’m loving all the MCU updates, I half think we’ll see a giant Giant man with a regular size Stinger down the line eventually. I was really hoping for MODOK tho…

Didn't see much this year, but Angela Bassett made an amazing performance worthy of nomination. The costumes and art design (barring the low visibility of Talocan) were beautiful too.

I loved into the spider-verse... that said... I'm worried this may become a "ready player one" situation where the movie becomes a scavenger hunt for easter eggs without a cool story to tell... because as much as the first one has groundbreaking animation the thing that makes it truly outstanding among spider-films is that it's a great story. Taking that away in favor of cameos and easter eggs could feel like a disservice.
