2 bands I like I would like to see ML style figures of are Gwar and Gorillaz. Gwar just to have them run havoc on the Marvel toy universe and for Gorillaz I just think they'd look cool.
Or just Legendary Rockstars waves with Backdrops of records. They could make boxsets, or waves per band/act.
I'd love some Uncharted figures in 6" and ML articulation too. Some Legend of Zelda, I know there's those World of Nintendo figures... but aren't they really lacking?

I don't think she's changing it. It's a weird color, but maybe she's a natural red and it's growing out the blonde. As far as switching back and forth I think it's just the way it looks from the back, not really a change.

I know it's been said before, but this is the perfect way to bring the Netflix character into the MCU proper. I can see Iron Fist showing up.
I have to say, I wasn't interested at all until you said IF could show up. Fingers crossed.

I need a maskless Tom Holland, so much.

Not to be a hater, but I hate exclusives! I live with the eternal uncertainty if they will ever show up in Mexico :(

you know, I try to be positive because...well in generally being overly negative isn't such a great thing to be.....plus DST is usually great quality..but holy hell, was that really the best facial expression for her they could come up with!??! How does that get approved?? Is her being massively disinterested, or possibly medicated, a plot point?....what an odd & rare miss for DST. 'easy pass on this one.
Not trying to save a sinking figure, I disliked it as well. I think the look they went for was feelingless robot, since she's in her Starforce uniform. Bored, determined, amnesiac soldier. Not a terrible loss for me, tho, not my scale.

Nice figure. I have two ML already though. Thanks
They're ok, this one's really incredible... If I had the budget I would get it :/

I have delete all the post that are basically arguments on something that this thread is not about.
I'll say it again. This is a forum about Toys that we enjoy. Keep your political and SJW to out of this. Stick to the subject.
Thank you, and sorry I got carried away.
I think I might change my vote to the second GotGvol2 wave... I couldn't care less for the comic characters, but it gave me pretty much definitive versions for most of the Guardians and all the new tooling for most of the MCU figures was amazing.

I won't get to see it until Tuesday (work weekends) but it great to see that this movie is good.
Also, except for the Mandarin, I don't think I found any change to the MCU that bad if it fits in with that Universe. Yes. I consider the MCU an alternate universe and not the comics.
I think the alternate universe has been confirmed in the comics by Dr. Strange. I recall seeng a panel on it.
I enjoyed the Mandarin's twist, it's not how I would've done it, but enjoyed it.
After reading this review I'm even more excited to watch it!!

Imma go real underdog right now, but so far, my favorite wave has been Cull Obsidian. I only didn't love one figure from that wave, and the rest were so fun to play with. Then again, Juggernaut's wave is a really strong contender.

Oh man... I feel like I'm beating an old beat... but I really can't get excited for this, as much as I'm trying... I just can't :(

"Unfortunately... still going forward" so sad, so true. I can't get excited about this, it looks terrible.

What about Infinity War losing Special Effects to First Man. Makes no sense!
I didn't get the chance to see First Man, I really don't have an objective opinion on this one. Once I watch it, I'll let you know if I agree or not :)

Black Panther is a good movie, but in no way awards worthy. Infinity War is way bigger and better.
To say that deserved best picture is just crazy talk.
It was awards worthy and it took home the awards it deserved. Definitely not best movie candidate IMO, but neither is Infinity War. There's plenty more to consider when talking about awards than movie scope. The sociopolitical is incredibly tipping in this, though it shouldn't, but well... such is the world.

Brie Larson's comments are an entierly different can of worms I don't want to open, so I'll just say that they've been taken out of contest and blown out of proportion, and I can't frankly see why would a person that actually knows what she said not only disagree but get angry at her.
And they call us oversensitive. Even out of context there's nothing overly SJW about it "I want more diversity, all I see is white males" doesn't say "I want no white males". It's ridiculous.
I'd like to see Marrow, even if she's not that an obscure a character.

If I ever saw that Wasp somewhere available for me, I'd pick her up for her miniature, it's something that the ML one lacked.

Black Panther was great, but didn't deserve to win Best Picture of the year. On the other hand, neither did the movie that actually did win.
I'm thrilled for the awards these two movies picked up, but I think Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse should've been in contention for Best Picture, not just Best Animated Picture.
Absolutely! I said it a few times among my peers. If any comic/super hero movie deserved to be in the run for Best Picture this year, it's Into the Spider-verse!

@memocromatico Marvel / Disney can't do anything with the characters until 2-years has passed.
Could this mean that in 2 years they could come back with the same actors? Or has that ship sailed and sunk?

Sad to say I don't think we will get anymore Netflix figure anymore. Maybe after the 2 year thing had been used up and they can put them on Hulu.
Anyhow, I hope we get another few 80th figures, some another Serpent (Preferably Diamondback) and another T-Bolt member.
What's the 2 year thing?
On one hand, I'd love to see more MCU figures:
-Justin Hammer/Whiplash
-Mass release Red Skull with coat
-Thunderbolt Ross
-Warriors Three
-Quicksilver/AoU Hawkeye
-Malekith
-Batroc
-Collector/Cosmo/Howard the Duck
-Hank Pym/Janet van Dyne
-Zemo
-The Ancient One
-The first Shocker
-Sharon Carter
-Kraglin
... list keeps going doesn't it?
But on the other hand, I wish they just show things I don't really want to buy. My wallet is suffering a lot as it is. Read the budget for what was shown and it was 2000+ usd, that's a ridiculous amount of money. If hasbro really thinks the average collector can dish out that amount per year, they're not really paying attention, this could burn out terribly.

To be fair, Juggernaut in his Classic Costume is 6'10. He HAS officially grown (after a depowering/repowering) to 9'5. The problem with the BAF is it's based on the classic version. Now admittedly, Marvel has given Cain a (kind of) classic looking costume, but the figure isn't based off that (and of course the BiB loved it for that reason).
Hi, I'm apparently a member of the BiB posse. The reason I loved Juggs being that big is because I met him that size, or that's how imposing I remember him. It's not my favorite look for the character, but at least size-wise it's appropriate. Again, from memory, not looking at officially listed size or an specific era/costume.
I think what Hasbro (and I assume, toy companies in general) tries to do is appeal to the largest possible audience. I think their attempt is to cater the classics with the look and the BiBs, as you call us, with the size. It's never gonna make all of us happy.
I dislike the way this works because it affects the way waves are assembled too. I mostly collect MCU figures, and most of the X-Men (it's what my budget allows, and lately it's getting cut), so I dislike having to buy classic or comic figures to build an MCU BaF, and I'm sure that happens the other way around, having to buy an MCU figure to build a comic BaF.
Still, that's the way it has to be to keep the toyline running. I hope you get an appropriate sized Thor and Juggernaut soon.

No,they won't. It's already been announced the Netflix shows end with Netflix. There will be no revivals on other platforms. If the characters ever are used again, it won't be the versions from the Netflix shows.
Do you have a source on that? Because as far as I've read that hasn't been confirmed, and shows have been known to be dropped by certain producers only to be picked up by a different studio. Especially with the rights in the right place.
I saw somewhere (unreliable source) that Disney had to wait a couple of years before being able to use any of the characters, but at least Charlie Cox has expressed interest in continuing Murdock's story.

Anyone else think it's weird we're getting Korg, Grandmaster, Skurge, and Luis (which I love we're getting) before a much more vocally requested Quicksilver?

Not particularly surprising, is it? This was coming since DD got cut. I could understand IF and LC getting cancelled, I enjoyed them thoroughly but the reception was mixed to bad... but when the greatest streaming service series ever got cancelled... well it was bound to hit the other two.

Seriously, am I the only one who looked at this guy and the first thing they thought was "They made a figure of Willem Dafoe?
Forget Hydroman! I'm sticking this head on a suit body and making myself a Norman Osborn.
Might be a tad too big for the suit body, looks to me he's in the Luke Cage Netflix body.
