  1. Yeah this is an easy pass for me, this Armour doesn't do anything for me, not terribly familiar with it, and it doesn't seem memorable and the figure some how just looks way to kid line oriented, his helmet looks too happy and reminds me too much of Rudy the Robot from Invincible and I can't unsee it, I'm happy the fact this doesn't come with a BAF piece so I don't have to buy it to build Controller. I do however like this figure more when I see it standing next to Hellcat, since this is the armour he is wearing currently and in his series with her.
  2. my thoughts exactly, this is a nice custom, and would be really cool to see Hasbro give us a Kylun figure, would be nice on a retro card to get those feels. great work done here on this fig.
  3. Don't Need anymore Deadpool's I say all the time, but I'm a sucker for a Deadpool, a new toy store opened up in my neck of the woods, and this was the first time I've seen this Retro DP on an actual shelf, I had to buy it, looks too good, no shame in the game Ha
  4. Speedball here is just as I'd have imagined he'd be in Legends form, the buck suits him, the classic colors are great, the way they actually put the eyes behind the clear lenses of the goggles is a really nice touch, I've been hoping we;d see a Speedball at some point for our New Warriors team and I'm happy with how they did him, he's a pretty goofy looking guy and they captured his comic likeless pretty right, the Deco on the boots, gloves and belt are very well done, I'm stoked to get this guy finally, only thing is they could have at least given us a little sumpthin extra, a alt head, alt hands..some magic ball effects to go around his feet whatever anything..he's so bare bones, Now can we get Namorita and Justice?
  5. As much as I really love that BAF Lizard, to me that figure is one of my favourite Legends, I know people really wanted to see a more classic version, and they gave it to us, this figure is awesome to me, as a huge Lizard fan I am really pleased, I don't care if I have the BAF I need this one as well, I really like that more Modern head, that would be my preferred display head, now I just hope that this figure finds its way out here in Canada, because Walmart here is pretty lackadaisical with their in Exclusives, pretty much never see them, but as of recent times Many Exclusives are coming out a etailers and comic shops as well as the big box stores, which is really awesome! so here's to hoping.
  6. A new Ghost Rider rumour is good news to me, I really hope it's a Dan Ketch figure, I have been hoping for that for years, although I'd really take anything as long as it's Ghost Rider and classic, I think it seems sad that this may not come with a Bike, but I'll take it, if so pretty please Hasbro do give us a full wave of Retro carded Ghost Rider figures, this would be a dream come true.
  7. Yeah this figure is great IMO, super happy we got a new Jigsaw after all of these years, Frank doesn't have much of a rogue gallery and this guy is the top dog of them, I think this was a well executed figure for a guy in a suit, that face sculpt is really amazing, he comes with some solid and appropriate accessories, always happy to have more muzzle flashes and smoke for all my ML. I don't normally care to much about suited body figures but Jigsaw is such a cool villain and they did him right, I had no questions about picking this guy up. I'm super curious about what the other 2(?) Walgreens Super Villains figures we get this year (since they usually have a Walgreens theme and clearly so far it's villains), so far both Walgreens exclusives this year have hit it out the park, let's hope it stays on course, and people in the US can get these as relatively easy as they have so far this year.
  8. While I get some of the gripes people have with this, I actually like it, It's a serious improvement over the previous, do I wish it was on maybe the new Shriek Buck yah blah blah, I'll take what I can get, and I don't think this looks bad, I need me a Viper for Serpent Society and Hydra, that this one looks good for what it is, I don't see them revisiting her again for many years, and yeah hey hey, I'm not a stickler for bucks, if the figure looks good I'm down, the greens are nice, shes not hideous in the face.
  9. I;m sure Target isn't done selling legends, but with the supply chain issues likely they don't see new product being available to them in the nearest future and removed the alotted peg spaces, and are just going to wait till the next re-configure to put out the legends, with so many delays and unknown variables on when these figures will be shipped from the vendors I could bet they just don't want to put up empty pegs. but my fav take away, which is off topic a bit is, I love that Spider-Man Noir is a "2pack" with Spider-Ham, that's a slick trick, when only a year ago we got Spider-Gwen who came with Spider-Ham and a BAF piece for a lower price.
  10. Sadly I'm very sure that all of the Animated X-Men figures are Hasbro Pulse exclusives, so not likely.
  11. Finally a new Comic US Agent, I like what they did here, although the face sculpt seems somewhat dated when put next to 20th Cap, they could have given him a more improved look, but other then that I'm really happy to finally get this figure re-done after all of this time, obviously Walker technically should be a bit taller then Steve, but I'm not going to fret, I wouldn't have expected them to take that into consideration.
  12. This figure is definitely a nice addition to the Legends series, I'm surprised it's been this long a wait for Blue Marvel, this figure is certainly looking good, I'm happy they went with this look for him, this is my personal favourite outfit for Blue Marvel, and I'm happy to get this guy in my collection, now I'm wondering when we will see his greatest foe Anti-Man in figure form.
  13. Yes agreed when Ragnarok came out it was a refreshing trajectory change for the Thor franchise and Thor himself and really breathed new life into the character who seemed somewhat stale, Thor 1 and 2 were probably some of the less loved instalments in the MCU franchise and they really needed to vastly change the approach to making thor movies and depicting the character as more of a fun jovial and naive (because he doesn't understand what the world is like beyond asgard) entity was a good way to go, but as it all progressed Thor became more of a whimsical piece in the movies, as much as I had no issues with what they did with his character in Infinity War/Endgame, I think it seemed natural he was going to move towards more of a comical character, because the fans liked what they got from the Raganarok depiction and we all know the bean counters can't let things stay on a par, they need to up the antes, so if he's silly...you like silly make it more silly! , I love Taika he makes great films Hunt for the Wilderpeople and Jojo rabbit cases in point, he's like James Gunn's baby with Wes Anderson, and thats fine and dandy but it seems with this film he was pushed to exaggerate that formula he's been known for, yes witty banter, plush colors and loads of humour, I will go see this movie first day no question but I also think as you do, Hemsworth needs a really nice goodbye, and this might not be it, I've said it before likely this won't be it for him in the MCU but as Thor I see it likely is, Jane Foster will do her thing for a bit, then get booted for the next likely candidate, Eric or Billy, probably Beta ray will get some shine, but this movie just seems like Marvel's first foray into Rom Com territory , and that's fine, but can we just say that's what it is, it's going to be a love story at it's core, it will be sweet and cute, and have Thor's clothes flying off at some point revealing his godly twigs, if something like that ever happened in the comics I'd be less skeptical about this film and more forgiving of this trailer, but I don't remember Thor ever really feeling like character in a movie starring jack black, when I was reading the books as a kid, or even reading one yesterday. I say this often, sometimes you need to just not do something, and that;s because you can.
  14. Okay I gotta say the one thing that pleased me here in this trailer was actually how creepy and scary Gorr actually is, I'm really interested to see how he turns out, because I like what we are seeing, too bad the ML of Gorr doesn't represent the creepiness that his on screen presence does, sadly other then Gorr actually being pretty cool in this trailer, the whole thing seems way too silly, Thor just seems so goofy, even more then in the more recent past, and I can't say I'm that impressed with how Jane seems to be portrayed, she seems very bland, clearly this movie seems is secretly a rom-com disguised as a Super hero movie, that's the impression I get.
  15. Okay that's a good looking Pop, I might cave and buy this, which breaks my no Pop figure rule, I've been doing so well with sticking to, Ha!
  16. I actually feel like this Controller BAF wave is the strongest BAF wave we have coming out so far this year, and I'm actually really happy with all of the characters (minus Iron Man), and I will be getting this whole wave to build Controller, some awesome additions in this wave US Agent, Speedball for new Avengers, Blue Marvel looks great, Madame Hydra doesn't offend me at all and I need her for my ladies collection plus Serpent Society and Hydra ranks, that Herald Thor is really cool, and I'm going to get 2 of Quake so I can also have Maria Hill, despite others I think this wave is pretty damn sweet, I can't wait to get it.
  17. Terrax and Air-Walker gotta be a for sure, other then that I don't actually see them doing anyone else, I'd be pleased with Red Shift and Stardust though, but I kinda feel like they might be to left field along with Fallen One (who would be relatively easy to make), but I think Terrax as a Deluxe and an Air-Walker are likely a lock.
  18. This is pretty much what I imagined this figure would look like, one thing surprises me is that it doesn't look like this figure has too much Cell Shading, I never really cared about Morph, and so I never was clamouring for a figure, but this is an easy pass, that normal head is looking nothing like Morph in the show, the Dark head is alright, but really would have thought they'd have had the jacket removable thing going on, of course they didn't this doesn't do much impressing, thankfully I won't feel a way about not having it, I'm not paying 50 bucks for a figure like this anyways.
  19. I'm getting Jiggy wit it. just got Jigsaw from Gamestop, happy to finally have this guy, Frank needed his arch enemy.
  20. Yeah I guess I won't have a Gorr either haha, I do hope they make a Comic version, maybe in a Bad Guy wave, hopfully he ends up being popular enough because of this movie to warrant that, but I do have low hopes, because it seems like comic figures get skipped over if they get an MCU figure these days, case in point Eternals. but I'm hoping. I will still pass on this figure even if Gorr is amazing in the movie, I just don't think this looks like a very cool figure, it's comic Gorr or bust for me.
  21. New trailer still didn't wow me, I just don't know how I feel about this, the altering of the powers, probably origins of powers (likely) and the childish nature of this show, I'm on the fence pretty strongly, I have said it before but I just don't think I like this girl as Kamala something doesn't seem right, and I'm usually super fan boy with all things MCU, but I of course will be watching this show and hoping it's a winner in the end.
  22. I quite like this figure, I know this design for Thor isn't at all Iconic at this point but it looks really good in the books and it translated very well into plastic form, the nice touches with the translucent hammer is also really cool, I'm digging the whole Dark Legolas Thor look, I'm happy to add this guy to the collection, I think it's a pretty well done figure.
  23. So Far I think this is the best offering from the whole Cell-Shaded VHS animated Line, this does the best job of working with the Pseudo cell shading thing, I can't deny that the new Hair Sculpt is really nice here as well same with the updated face, and actual powered down eyes, I do like this figure, but I don't think I'd be replacing my Retro Storm for it, but they did a good job here, but this one doesn't seem to easy to fit into a regular display unlike say Jubilee who only has some very subtle cell shade deco going on.
  24. Watched this video, and this looks like it might be a bunch of fun, I probably will try this game out once it launches I need a good fun mobile game, The whole Marvel Future Fight thing got stale to me, and I was deeply into that for years. I'm certainly interested to give this a go.
  25. This looks insanely cool, but looks so far out there in terms of a Marvel figure, looks like this could fit nicely in a Mythic Legions collection, I do really like this design and they did an excellent job on this figure, maybe better then I'd have imagined, I'll take one of these for cheaper!
