  1. I just received 2 hydra troopers in the mail from Hasbro. With shipping, exchange and sales tax (yes they are in the US but still charged me Canadian Federal and Provencal sales tax) it worked out that these cheep army builder figures cost me $5 more each than if I had bought any ML at Walmart at retail. Unless they go free shipping I'd rather buy from brick and mortar store,
  2. Walmart, Amazon, and BBTS are where I get the most of my figures. With an occasional E-Bay buy or a Toys-r-us visit thrown in every once in a while.
  3. Why? Why? Why is there no mushroom head or even some sort of ray gun accessory? I'm still going to get it and I want it badly but opportunity missed.
  4. While I didn't get this one (and will be getting this Mysterio) this same thing seems to happen to me all the time. Got a series 5 Sabretooth new Sabretooth comes out. Get Faceoff Hulk/Leader new Hulk and now Leader come out. Get Chinese bootleg Crossbones new Crossbones comes out. I just can't win.
  5. Got over to Walmart tonight and they had 5 or 6 Exclusive Black Widows so I snapped one up. They also had 1 of each figure in the Black Widow movie wave. Wish I had the money for more but I did get Crossbones and Winter Solder. I hope I don't regret not getting the movie Black Widow. I think of the ones I left she'll be the harder one to find again, except for maybe Taskmaster but he has no AF part so it doesn't matter that much.
  6. Give me an X Factor No fur Beast and a Jean Grey.
  7. Any discounted army builders are most likely going to bee re-releases to keep the cost down. So expect AIM Scientist and SHIELD agents, Maybe a Madrox or an Ultron (not the BAF but the one from the TRU 3 pack) if someone at Hasbro goes nuts.
  8. Classic. By classic I don't mean old or first appearance. It's usually the one that most people think of when they think of the character. It's usually the longest lasting on a character and IMO the best one. As an example we'll use Wonder Man. His green first appearance monstrosity isn't classic. Some could consider his Safari outfit classic. I don't I think it's dumb. His first good costume and best is also what I'd call classic is his black and red suit with or without sunglasses.
  9. When I built my absorbing man instead of getting a Spider-Gwen for her crappy unpainted wrecking ball I just went on E-bay and bought a painted one. I think it was a Chinese knock off from Thunder Ball's accessory. It's painted perfectly to match the steel arm.
  10. Direct from Amazon and they both had the same January release date. They said they'd be getting Shang-Chi in soon again but I was so mad that they canceled Doom that I canceled the order for him too.
  11. Now a repainted monster Venom. Will the single release of former BAFs become a thing? I can see how some people would get annoyed. As they were when BAFs are re-released in two packs. So people spent a lot of money to get the part or buy them in the scalper market and now here they are for a bit more than a regular figure. For me as long as I get another shot at the BAFs I never had the chance/hope of getting. I'll be happy. In other words give me a Rhino!
