  1. Walgreens exclusive Mystique is up on their site RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
  2. As Jay C posted on the home page, the Walgreen's exclusive Emma Frost is up for sale on their website as of today 9/12. Starlord67 come and get it.
  3. Yeah, I have to agree that the head placement is off, giving it that hunchback of Notre Dame look.
  4. I'm the kind of guy that likes my figures to come as close as possible in being representative of how the character was drawn. Hence the demand for the 80th Anniversary Capt America, Thor and Iron Man figures. So I am definitely interested in a Sasquatch in the original John Byrne style. On Figure Realm I came access a great Sasquatch figure by Eagle's Customs (see below) It is 3D printed and to me comes closest to Byrne's proportions of Sasquatch.
  5. I went out this morning as well to my local Walgreens in Bloomfield NJ to see if the former white queen was there. I went there last week and saw one Infamous Iron man (which I had no interest in) and a number of Wasps and some older wave figures. When I hit the aisle things pretty much looked the same except that Infamous was now gone. I went in to clean up the shelf and found just the single Emma behind a Wasp. Just hoping now in the future for her in her original white outfit.
  6. So after stating that I'm good with ML, here comes the Alpha Flight box set. So I bit on it. My saving grace is that I have enough points on my Amex card to cover the cost of the set, so no dinero out of my pocket. Now I'll pick up a guardian at a later date on sale.
  7. I am up to date as well, just waiting for the "love triangle " set to arrive in December. But the nightcrawler and storm figures that I ordered from HP have either paint or glue defects which makes me wander in the wild for better specimens. I am happy to have them, but the imperfections just eat at me.
  8. I watched the latest video from retangular and he mentioned that the 80th Anniversary Captain America should be showing up at Target, sometime in October. His info is pretty legit.
  9. Nice picture!!! I have been lucky enough to have the sets in your shot. Between Hasbro Pulse, GameStop, Target and Walmart I lucked out. Although my cap's white star on his chest looks like it has a thumb print on it. Going to search for a more perfect one in this imperfect world. AHHHHHHH!!!!!!
  10. Gigantor, This is the Avengers' squad that got me hooked on the comic book, minus Wanda Maximoff and Clint Barton as Goliath. With all my coin going to the 80th Anniversary releases, ( Wolvie and old Jade Jaws arrived today) who's got dough to get a custom sized Goliath. Thanks for the pics!!!!!
  11. The last 24 to 36 hours in my search for the 80th Anniversary Captain America has taken me on a roller coaster ride. First, I really dislike trying to shop for action figures at Walmart. The aisle for action figures is usually barren in my area, mostly empty pegs, disorganized and what figures you find are considerable old. That’s why I was happy to have a glimmer of hope that Target was going to also sell the figure. Access to Target stores is more convenient due to their proximity and number. But I decided to chance a Walmart that was showing CA in stock by the Brickseek site. The figure comes in a box of six and of course when I get there none had been put out. Strike one. I go home and later that evening while checking a Walmart link, it tells me that 5 are in stock at a certain store. When I see 5, I think they must be out on display. I decide that before I go to work, I’ll hit this Walmart. Monday morning I’m a man with a plan and a full tank of gas. I hit the store and…. OF COURSE, IT’S NOT ON DISPLAY. Strike 2. I get home from work very late into the evening and tap the Walmart like I had previously, and it states that the Walmart that I went to earlier in the day has 1 left to order for pickup! Faster than you can say Steve Rogers, I’m tapping those keys and secure the last one. But the story doesn’t end just quite yet. After viewing my order email, I went back to the Walmart site and it now populated that their closest store to me had 5 IN STOCK. Now this is where the crazy starts to take over. The store opens at 7AM, I’M off, you know where this is headed. I take off for the store and get there at 7:30AM. The place is relatively empty. I go down the aisle and find CRICKETS!!!!!!!! Again, a section that looks like swiss cheese. I stand there, motionless. I pace back and forth as if somehow the figure is going to materialize. Another customer sees me and reads my body language and asks me if there was something that I was looking for. I tell him and he says that this figure that will complete my 70’s Avengers collection is on the pallet in front of the aisle. WHAT!!!!!!!!! Sure enough the box was there and one had been taken out. There was an employee assisting the customer (who pointed me in the right direction) who was looking for a DC figure. Once the employee finished with the customer, she passed me the red, white and blue hero I was anxiously waiting for. Still no follow up email on when I can pickup the other CA, so for once being crazy worked out.
  12. I had been checking the status of my Hasbro Pulse orders since I had confirmed that they extracted payment from my credit card. The status showed paid but unfulfilled . When I got home for work to my surprise, 2 out of my 5 orders had arrived!!!! HELLO KURT WAGNER and MR SINISTER. The boys are magnificent. This is now the second time that I have not received any notification from HP that my orders were on their way. I'm not one to complain since I receive their shipments quickly but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this as well. Also, I ordered these two guys together but HP keeps sending them in separate boxes. Why???
  13. Ok shoot me now, I went back to Brickseek and now the 80th Anniversary Capt America is showing out of stock everywhere in my vicinity. 😭😭😭😭 Sorry for the false alarm.
