While I'm well past tired of seeing endless Iron Man after Iron Man from Hot Toys, considering that this is a summer convention exclusive, I'm glad it's a repainted Iron Man instead of something like Spider-Man Noir (either PS4 or Into the Spiderverse) or Nebula from the first Guardians of the Galaxy or some other unique or mostly unique figure. This is an easy pass for most people, but still something kind of special (If Iron Man is your thing), as most exclusives should be.

This isn't a Black Panther thread. You bringing that up is somewhat random and it's off topic (you just used the Wolverine casting as an opening to post about T'Challa). Your post is quite a bit more off topic than comments from other members in this thread. Whether you agree with that assessment or not, a moderator asked you to drop the subject. Now two are doing so. Please keep the discussion focused on Taron Egerton and Wolverine and leave the Black Panther stuff for more relevant threads. You won't be asked a third time.

A Quinjet in Legends scale would be around 3 feet long and two feet wide. Totally doable.

A properly scaled X-Men Blackbird would be seven feet long. That will never happen, so I vote for FFF.

I don't think you're remembering that correctly. The Marvel team teased a hand holding a rectangular thing (it was a card) and talked about Gambit. A lot of people ignored that they had mentioned Gambit, and because it wasn't the easiest thing in the world to see, decided it was a remote control instead and *by sheer coincidence* guessed correctly that Morph was finally on the way, despite that tease having nothing to do with him. Morph comes with two extra hands (no remote in either) and an extra head.

It's not even that. They want to look like they're doing something environmentally conscious, but the truth is that the plastic in the packaging for their plastic figures is the most easily and widely recycled plastic on earth. When it comes right down to it, it's about spending less money. With oil prices what they are, and plastics being made from oil, the only plastic they want to be putting on shelves is the toys themselves. And they would make them out of wood if they thought they could get away with it. With the cost of paper/cardboard rising, too, we'll see how far this plastic-free packaging thing goes, especially with many collectors hating it.

That's excellent. And considering all the parts he has in common with Anniversary Cap, he'd be extremely easy for Hasbro to make, too. It might not be this good, but we need Isaiah from them.

We've needed a new Howard in Legends for years. It's kind of hard to believe Hasbro hasn't made a figure of him yet. With Blade, I assume you mean the "Vampire Wars" figure and not the main figure from the movie line.

It might just be a color error. Sometimes a colorist under a time crunch to get a cover finished and who isn't familiar with all the characters makes a mistake like that.

Yeah, he should be bigger than Happy Hogan but not a lot bigger. Quarter inch maybe.

His jacket's too short, too. Damn shame, because like so many others, it would have been an incredible figure with a little better attention to detail. The headsculpt is really quite excellent. I guess I'll wait for his "classic" look, too.

I'm really hoping the CGI is just unfinished and will look much better by August, because that IS NOT MCU quality. I'm liking everything else, though. A lot.

They're not super in demand that I know of, but Avengers Agent Coulson and Maria Hill, as well as Age of Ultron Hawkeye and Bruce Banner are all good figures that could all be made truly great with some face printing. I'd like to see those rereleased this way.

Yeah, I was astounded, too. I was actually pissed off enough that I was ready to send it back, but my wife talked me out of it and convinced me I might regret it later. As crappy as that situation was with the quality control and customer service, I'm glad she talked me out of sending it back. I didn't order Galactus, but I am VERY interested to see how things are for people once they start getting them.
