  1. Doubtful they'd do that in the movie. Big stars want their faces seen. Natalie Portman doesn't seem like an exception to that.
  2. Not necessarily. Hawkeye, Loki, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier had that rating as well. All the Netflix Marvel shows were rated TV-MA.
  3. Yeah, the R-rated and more mature stuff is on Disney+ in the rest of the world where Hulu isn't a thing. In the states, though, Logan is on Hulu and not on Disney+. And yeah, like I alluded to above, there is also the very real possibility that once these shows leave Netflix, that's it for them. (Some of) the characters will continue to appear in Marvel studios projects, but Kevin Feige may likely have no issues pretending that the Netflix-produced series that showcased them never happened.
  4. Have you sent Jay a private message to ask him for access to that section? You won't get permission to post there without doing that.
  5. Star+ appears to only be a thing in Latin America. Hulu, in the United States, seems like where the Defenders shows would end up. Since Hit Monkey is apparently on Disney + in Europe, that's probably where these shows will go, assuming they go anywhere but gone.
  6. Once somebody posts about gun violence and the ease of buying guns, that tells me this thread has run it's course, and it's time to for a lock before it goes off topic again into political territory. Hasbro's inconsistency about when they include realistic looking firearms as accessories is one thing. The other is simply not a discussion for these boards.
  7. It's been Amazon's policy for a couple years now to no longer do that.
  8. The face looks a little off to pretty much everyone, it seems like. Because it is. On Facebook JC Hong said that's not the final head sculpt in the photos there, so the production figure should look more like Alfred Molina..
  9. I hope this is a comment for Dwight Stall, in case he sees it, instead of me, since I lamented it's exclusion above. I believe you're right, and I appreciate you bringing the conversation back to Hammerhead, since it was getting a little off topic. I passed along something Dwight has said several times in relation to guns as accessories in general. In case it wasn't clear with my use of "whatever that means," I don't understand the application of Dwight's philosophy in some cases, nor do I always agree with it (ray guns with Spiderman Noir and Deadpool 2 Deadpool. Seriously?). I also won't try to guess what happened behind the scenes that led to the Thompson's exclusion in this case.
  10. Unlikely. Conan is licensed to Marvel. Hasbro could theoretically make Conan figures based on the Marvel comics, but in order to do that, they would have to make an additional deal with the owners of the IP.
  11. Dwight Stall has said that he doesn't like to put realistic guns in with a figure unless it's 100% appropriate for the character, whatever that means. That said, what Modaddydok says here is completely correct. GI Joe Classified has mostly moved away from the futuristic guns in favor of more realistic looking firearms, and I believe the last Marvel Legends figure Hasbro released with realistic guns (aside from the lack of muzzle detail) was The Hood just six or seven months ago. @SpiderS if we get to the end of 2022 or the middle of 2023 with no Legends figures (comics or MCU) packed with realistic looking guns, I may start to have the same feeling as you, but your "fact" about the next decade or so is just speculation. Edit: Erivera94 just put up a review of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier "flashback" Winter Soldier figure scheduled for release this spring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZbbJijNQVc The pistols are kinda iffy, but that rifle looks pretty gosh darn realistic to me. So...yeah. That didn't last very long.
  12. We're not Hasbro. This is a Marvel fan forum connected to a news site.
  13. The bat and the brass knucks are pretty great, but I would have rather seen Hasbro retool that Tommy gun to have a drum magazine and included it with the figure.
  14. The stands the Legends team uses at cons are bean shapes cut from sheets of clear acrylic plastic, and the figures' feet are hot glued to it.
  15. Damn shame. Damn shame. Last time my wife went skiing (about twenty years ago), she wound up in the hospital with a broken collar bone, a couple broken ribs, and contusions to her lungs, liver, and spleen. That was in the French Alps, too. Treacherous there.
  16. Gonna have to think really hard about that Wong. I've wanted a figure of him for a while, too, but yeah, his head is probably about 5% too small.
  17. I can almost forgive the Hawkeye headsculpts, but that dog looks like something I would have drawn when I was nine.
  18. Marvel Legends have been super inconsistent with height since...well...always. No reason to fix that now, said someone in design probably.
