  1. To anyone having trouble with Pulse processing your credit card, if you have Paypal, try that. It circumvents a good bit of Pulse's messed up check out system and seems to work very consistently for most people.

    Edit:

I have found going through Paypal is the way to go with Pulse.

Beat me to it by 20 seconds. Great minds, bruv.

Don't bite yourself. It might hurt.

God, I'm so sick of them only caring about X-Men 97. Can we please get literally any other D+ show figures? Hell I'd even take FNSM at this point.

There was at least one wave of What If? figures. I have Howard, and Ant-Man's head is in a box somewhere. I think I have Nebula with hair in a box somewhere, too.  I assume they didn't sell all that well or we'd see more of them. Like my colleague said above, Hasbro is going where the money is.

    But they also note trends.
Ever notice how Star Wars and GI Joe have vehicles, but Marvel Legends has only a couple of motorcycles--and yet smaller makers are making more and more ML-appropriate vehicles? Watch Hasbro get nudged, I think. 🙂

Well, they did try to release a generic muscle car masquerading as Robbie Reyes's Dodge Charger as a Haslab a few years ago, but that campaign was screwed from the get-go and failed, as I think most here will recall.

Finally pulled the trigger on Lockjaw and Crystal. I used a 20 bucks off coupon on EE, so got it for 50. 50 is fair, 70 was Not. Crystal is really nice, glad to have the Inhuman, Avenger, FF member, Quicksilvers baby momma. Lockjaw is pretty cool, but all the issues covered before are the issue. But knowing that going in made it Sting less. Im.glad I got them, but really glad I waited. Just worried I'll see them at Ollie's for 20 bucks in a week, Lol!

Gambit and Husk finally shipped from Pulse, so....Nemesis here we go!!! So weird who.got which ones first compared to eachother on this set.

How'd you get a $20 off coupon from EE?

So The Internet's rumour machine, seems to be saying it's been confirmed she is Mary Jane...but that seems like Maury would call that a Lie, I'm not going to believe rando Bob on Instragram.. so is there any chance it is true?

There's a chance anything is true. There's a chance she's been cast to play Chameleon. It's extremely unlikely, but there's a chance.

My bet is Black Cat or Gwen Stacy, after all they made redhead Emma Stone play blond Gwen and Blond Kristen Dunst play redhead Mary Jane so everything goes, although I wouldn't be surprised if she's Jean Grey and she's gonna be sorta like Ultimate Kitty Pryde.

Emma Stone is a natural blonde. But your general point stands: an actress's hair color can be changed, and what we're used to seeing on her doesn't lock her into any particular role.

There is a store in a neighboring town of Montreal called Laval and that store has A LOT of Marvel Legends. Even older ones going as far back as 2015. I picked up Midnight Suns Iron Man and most importantly Blade. I also saw Beta Ray Bill from the Professor Hulk wave.

Laval is a pretty cool town. Mrs. Satam has family there. What's the name of the store?

  8. I'm going back a teeny bit further than 2-3 years with these:

The Hood. The figure was clearly a joke to the Marvel team, and the figure reflects it, but the character can actually be quite menacing in the comics.

It doesn't need to happen per se, but I'm gonna make an argument for Stan Lee.  From the calves up, that figure is stellar, but Stan didn't wear dress shoes, even at VIP events, for like the twenty  years of his life. Bugs the hell out of me that Peter Parker has white sneakers and Stan doesn't.
