Oh, PĂcara is Rogue. We have no indications that the re-release has been cancelled, so it's possible that the figure could be part of Target's next Geek Out event in the Spring. We can't be sure right now. That figure does go for insane money on the secondary market, but the best advice I think anyone here can give you is to be patient and stay tuned for news as we get it.

Weird how much that Red Hulk still resembles Ruffalo, but based on the teaser shown at San Diego Comic Con, the folks doing the Red Hulk effects made sure he resembled Harrison Ford following his transformation. Seems kinda lazy on Hasbro's part, and I wouldn't be surprised if a more accurate movie version is released later.

You're close *puts on wicked thick glasses and one of those sport coats with elbow patches for a brief nerdy history lesson* Kenner was purchased by Tonka in 1987, and then became a division of Tonka. In 1991, Hasbro purchased Tonka, and both Tonka and Kenner became divisions of Hasbro, with Kenner continuing to operate from their offices in Cincinnatti, OH, where the company was founded. In 2000, Hasbro closed Kenner's offices and absorbed their product lines.

I let y'all go off topic for a while, because it was Daimon Hellstrom adjacent...more or less. That and I was out of town at the time. But this isn't a Ramen Racer thread, an "Engine of Vengeance" thread, a Ghost Rider thread, or a Fin Fang Foom thread. It's time to either bring the conversation back on topic (the Hellstrom figure) or take it to PM or something.

I'm generally pretty happy to be getting an updated Doctor Voodoo. I like the character but had to throw the Dormammu wave figure in a box after a couple months, because I could never keep that damn thing standing for more than 48 hours, and I could never get the cape they literally threw on it to ever sit right. I'm glad the cape on this one plugs into the back. I'm not at all happy about them eliminating the open spell-casting hands, but maybe I can swap the one from the older figure or something.

I wish there was a neutral (or even pissed but not yelling) head without a bandana instead. It would give the figure more versatility and probably wouldn't look as bad. I saw this thing back in San Diego and even though I did talk to Dwight and Dan, I kinda held my tongue about it. I don't know if it's helpful or unhelpful to say "It seems like every time you guys make a yelling head, it just looks ridiculous." I suppose I could have figured out a better way to phrase it, but I had other stuff I wanted to talk to them about, anyway. That yelling head reminds me a lot of The Hood. Just awful. Ah well. I might have grabbed this otherwise, but it's not like I want Mr. Ickyhands. I'll just keep waiting for them to take another shot at a Bradstreet style Punisher.

Eight Recurring Cast Additions Announced For Spider-Noir
Satam replied to Outsiders's topic in Marvelous News's General Area
It's a streaming network created and owned by Amazon but separate from Amazon Prime Video. As to why it's a thing...some dumbass executive saw the Disney+ and Hulu situation and wanted that, too, I guess. -

MGM+ in the US. Prime Video in the rest of the world. -

I really wish MGM+ wasn't a thing. Maybe it won't be by the time this airs. -
The comic-based Hono studio figures from Hot Toys have all been reasonably priced for the most part. No Marvel Studios or likeness rights tax, I guess.

McFarlane Toys Target Fall Geek Out Preview
Satam replied to toynewman's topic in Marvelous News's General Area
Grabbed two Venom statues yesterday morning. I really wish it was a double statue with an injured Spider-man to better represent the #316 cover, but otherwise, I couldn't pass it up.
