Well, I know the helmets are different, but I thought there might have been using the same face "plug" or something. Anyway, thanks. Maybe the calm Magneto face would be more effective if it were the same one, even with the "kind eyes." The faces on that older figure are absolutely fantastic.

It's weird how little justice pictures seem to do to the calm head that comes with this Magneto. When it was first spoiled, I was really worried, because the pictures made it look like the helmet was really poorly proportioned to the rest of his head. I almost thought it might have been a removable helmet, and these pictures look the same. But, in-hand it looks great. It seems like they were going for villainous, vengeful Fatal Attractions Magento with one head and sympathetic, humble Magneto with the other, and I think they slightly oversold the "kind" look in the eyes of the latter, but this is still basically the perfect classic Magneto.
I'm curious if the calm face sculpt on this Magneto is the same as the one on the Apocalypse wave figure. It looks like it might be, but I don't have either figure in hand to compare them.

These really look very good. And the un-helmeted head from the Apocalypse Wave Magneto looks just perfect on this guy. Now I wish they'd included it.

I would think 2-part arms, 2-part legs, waist, split torso, and head would be the way to go, so it can make a large (18") figure but the pieces would still fit in the package.
