  1. I don't think it was a question of could but a question of should. I'm not about to talk for anyone, though.
  2. This came up in another (but essentially the same) topic posted at the end of February. When Stan Lee was mentioned several folks said they thought putting that figure out so soon after his death would be in poor taste. Whether it is or not, I have a distinct feeling that cancelled MCU Build a Stan WILL be the 80th anniversary exclusive at SDCC this year, it will sell out fast on Hasbro Pulse, and it's going to go for hella money on Ebay.
  3. Very much like that. It uses little icons (heart, LOL emoji, crying emoji, and trophy) and when someone "likes" your post you get a notification saying someone "reacted" to your comment. I like it a lot, actually.
  4. There are no downvotes as far as I can tell on the Toy News International forums. Just "like," "Ha ha," "Sad," and "Thanks," and I think they all add a positive. If it's done over here, I'd want it to be the same.
  5. Aside from Blink, I'm not too interested in anybody I know who's coming out, so I guess my most anticipated upcoming wave is whatever they reveal at Comic Con in July.
  6. My top 3, probably aren't anybody else's, but here goes: 1. Legacy Rogue, which Hasbro technically made, but just never released in numbers larger than, well...I know there was one that at least got packaged. So it not being released gives them the opportunity to do this one right. A newer body and a brand new headsculpt (hated the sourpuss one they were going to use for her and eventually gave Sharon Carter) are sorely needed for an update figure that was teased a long time ago. 2. Bradstreet Punisher. The camo variant of this guy from 2007 looks pretty good, and the articulation could have been a lot worse considering when it came out. The standard version is...well, it doesn't hold up. He might be a little too big with this combination, but they could probably remake this guy with legs from the Netflix Punisher and the torso and arms from the Netflix Luke Cage, maybe with a new lower torso to get rid of the excessive wrinkles (or go with an all new T-shirt torso to lose a bit of the height), and a brand new head. 3. Nick Fury (the one that looks like Tim Olyphant with an eye patch). I really like that figure, but I hate the Bucky Cap body for it. What makes its use even more confounding is that the Doctor Strange Torso had already been introduced. 616 Fury should not look like he's wearing overtight spandex. I mean he's ripped, and sometimes he's been drawn with a pretty tight suit, but he should at least look like he's wearing some kind of cloth, something that wrinkles, something that doesn't bulge veins. I'd love to see this redone on the Spider-Man UK/Magneto body because of the wrinkles in the suit, along with new lower legs, and I'd like to see the Olyphant head used again. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
  7. Apocalypse, easily. It is such a badass figure.
  8. Technically it was the Icons 12" Venom figure from Toybiz. My first regular scale Legends figure was the Hasbro Nemesis Wave Punisher, camo variant.
  9. I don't understand being dissatisfied with a figure that's 1.5" too small and instead wanting one that's 2" too big. That's okay, tho.
  10. Toybiz made a Savage Dragon in their Legendary Comic Book Heroes line when they lost the Marvel license, so he technically did get the Legend treatment, just not from Hasbro. WildC.A.T.S. would be great. I've needed an articulated and human-proportioned 6" Grifter forever.
  11. Been waiting for this for a long time. It only took Marvel killing off half the characters in the MCU for Hot Toys to finally make her.
  12. I was under the (obviously incorrect) assumption that John had stopped making custom figures. That looks damn good.
  13. How the hell did I miss this? It's absolutely perfect!
  14. "Though a deal has not yet been completed, sources tell Variety that talks are headed in that direction, with strong interest from both sides of negotiations. Marvel had no comment on the talks, and reps for Weisz’s team could not be reached for comment." I'm gonna go ahead and trust Variety's sources over Deadline's. Also, I really like David Harbour and Rachel Weisz, and I hope to see them both in the Black Widow movie along with Julie Delpy returning as Madame B.
  15. My bad. $350 - $600. I just checked Lewin's website. Others are jacking up the price significantly.
  16. I actually expect Hasbro to release a Lilandra figure without a helmet by the end of the year. Madcap, I do not expect to ever see.
  17. The rep system that's over on the Toy News International forums doesn't seem to be a problem, and I don't think you can neg people, either. People seem to use it pretty responsibly over there.
  18. I voted. I had to Google some of them, too, and I would have put some others on there, but that's me.
