Ah I see ha wow wasn’t aware of that but curious how that’ll go for them. Thats dc for ya though so.. 😄
Even if that’s true that Legends did mostly have blaster type weapons, they have still released pLenty of real looking guns too. And GI Joe does have “futuristic” guns here and there (if by that, you mean the unrealistic ones) but they too have modern, real looking ones..Dwight Stall has said that he doesn't like to put realistic guns in with a figure unless it's 100% appropriate for the character, whatever that means. That said, what Modaddydok says here is completely correct. GI Joe Classified has mostly moved away from the futuristic guns in favor of more realistic looking firearms, and I believe the last Marvel Legends figure Hasbro released with realistic guns (aside from the lack of muzzle detail) was The Hood just six or seven months ago. @SpiderS if we get to the end of 2022 or the middle of 2023 with no Legends figures (comics or MCU) packed with realistic looking guns, I may start to have the same feeling as you, but your "fact" about the next decade or so is just speculation.
Edit: Erivera94 just put up a review of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier "flashback" Winter Soldier figure scheduled for release this spring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZbbJijNQVc
The pistols are kinda iffy, but that rifle looks pretty gosh darn realistic to me. So...yeah. That didn't last very long.1 -

I don’t know if you take suggestions for figures or not but for the next haslab I have some big Awsome figures you could do figuratively and literally! #1 A NICE HUGE DORMAMMU preferably the one you already did a build a figure of but any is fine! #2 To go with the a Galactus Giant Annihilus #3 A massive Eternity #4 This will have to be the biggest figure you make like 50 inches or something but the biggest character of all marvel The Living Tribunal. #5 Another for Galactus to go with Abraxas. #6 A Celestial MCU or comic. Those are just the top six but really any gigantic marvel entity would be awsome. And this is not a haslab suggestion but a Marquis of Death would be absolutely awsome. Thank for all the Awsome stuff you make and give us!

The bat and the brass knucks are pretty great, but I would have rather seen Hasbro retool that Tommy gun to have a drum magazine and included it with the figure.

I see that Siryn has an open mouth in the artwork there. 🙄

I always wondered what stands they use at the conventions. I've never been able to make it to one in person so I haven't been able to see them up close. Are they actual stands (that can be packed in with legends)? Or are they just a platform in which the figures are just glued too?
The stands the Legends team uses at cons are bean shapes cut from sheets of clear acrylic plastic, and the figures' feet are hot glued to it.

Sculpted lines with a wash? Nah. It can't be.

This thread has more than run it's course by now.

Damn shame. Damn shame. Last time my wife went skiing (about twenty years ago), she wound up in the hospital with a broken collar bone, a couple broken ribs, and contusions to her lungs, liver, and spleen. That was in the French Alps, too. Treacherous there.

Interesting that they'd go with the Goblin look that's only in the movie for a couple minutes instead of the hooded, damaged suit look.
Probably because it's more iconic, being from the 2002 movie and all.

Gonna have to think really hard about that Wong. I've wanted a figure of him for a while, too, but yeah, his head is probably about 5% too small.

Would it be too much to ask for a Pizza Dog solo release?
You would buy that goofy thing?

I can almost forgive the Hawkeye headsculpts, but that dog looks like something I would have drawn when I was nine.

Books he's supposed to be 7ft, this figure makes him much smaller, since he's the same height shown here as Strange (6'2'') and Frank (6'3'')
Marvel Legends have been super inconsistent with height since...well...always. No reason to fix that now, said someone in design probably.

I think that's more than enough politics for one thread. As tempting as it may be to talk about that stuff, please remember that Marvelousnews really isn't the place for it. Thanks for playing, kids.

I hope we get a fan first Friday for the reviews.
Last April there was a 4 1/2 hours "Fan Fest" on the Pulse Youtube channel to show collectors everything they would have been showing off to industry and press had Toy Fair 2021 happened. I would expect that again, but hopefully we don't have to wait until April for it.

Voted for Armor. She's been a favorite for a while.

I swear we saw this review already, or I must be trippin and this is another one.
We've gotten looks at thisMarvel Select figure from a couple other reviewers, and GeekHangover reviewed the Marvel Legends version of Spidey in this suit, but this is the first time we're seeing a review from him of the Marvel Select figure.

Now that we've gotten four or five figures of her dad, we need a figure of Sin.

@JohnF @memocromatico You guys go ahead and disagree about the scale of Stormbreaker all you want, but don't let it turn into an argument and don't let it consume this thread. I know we're not quite there yet, so I'm asking you both to keep it that way. Thanks.

I think they based the title on the whole month of January.
I think they based the headline on what sounded most dramatic and rounded way the hell up.

Unlikely. Conan is licensed to Marvel. Hasbro could theoretically make Conan figures based on the Marvel comics, but in order to do that, they would have to make an additional deal with the owners of the IP.
