  1. I stand by my opinion that anything that is a Pulse-exclusive should not be able to sell out. The SHIELD agents haven't been up since release (where they sold out instantly).
  2. I like the idea of 5 packs, and the characters in them are generally fine. It's the almost total lack of accessories that kills my willingness to buy them.
  3. Hopefully they don't go back to plastic blisters for the figures themselves, and just use the windows. I like the current accessory and figure set-up now. Windowless boxes don't really bother me one way or another. Every Hasbro team, minus the G.I. Joe team, didn't adapt well to them and just included bland renders. Marvel team could've at least used comic artwork or something.
  4. I feel like it'll be Foom tbh, it's a bit out of left-field and not as obvious as Giant-Man or the Quinjet. Plus, I really hope it's not Giant-Man, because I know the 60s red suit Wasp will be a tier (a grail for me), and Haslabs aren't in my budget, lol.
  5. I wasn't super into What If? season 1, I thought it was a little uninspired. That being said, I like the look of this character (reminds me of Atlantis, somewhat), so I'm certainly intrigued.
  6. Thank you! Looks like I'm waiting until they inevitably release a classic bodysuit Widow on that body
  7. Hey, for the super articulated Black Widow, would anyone happen to know when Nat adopted that costume? I mostly stick with classic looks for my classic comic figures (60s-80s)
  8. What is the best flight stands for Marvel Legends? I have a few of the Hasbro Pulse stands, and they're...ok, but they seem too big and a bit unwieldy. Links appreciated!
  9. I'm inclined to agree, the ML team seems to have adapted the worst to the plastic-free packaging. GI Joe looks great with the artwork. Heck, they could just do comic art, and have the figure render on the back. ____ One area that I would like to see Hasbro improve upon is accessories. Figures like Speedball, $27.99 with zero accessories and on a reused body mold, simply should not be happening. They could've just painting the Kirby crackle effect piece a few different colors and called it a day. I'm of the belief that every figure should come with an alt head and one set of alt hands at least. Throw in an effect part or weapon, and I might be able to justify $30 for a fig.
  10. Hasbro has been doing some pretty neat things as of late (retiring body molds, new bodies, etc.), so which one is your favorite? For me; it's the new head sculpts. Gone are the days of every character looking identical with a different paintjob (well mostly...still room to improve) I think that whoever their new head sculptor is (Paul Harding, I believe), is absolutely killing it lately. What's your least favorite change they've made? I imagine that price increases are going to top many answers. The prince increases only bother me in the case of figures like Siryn, Darwin, Speedball, and others with no real accessories. $27.99 for a figure that comes with nothing is entirely too steep.
  11. Hasbro charging premiums for a sticker that says "Spider-Man 60th anniversary"
  12. 55 dollars is a bit ridiculous for a 2-pack. I'm out, happy for anyone who picks this up.
  13. I agree, it's fine for a "basic" body, especially for army builders! Now, the Kate Bishop body on the other hand...
  14. Not sure if others have pointed it out, but Controller is less reuse than it looks. The head is new, as is the torso, gloves (and cuffs), and boots (and cuffs). So it's not a straight up repaint of Thanos, just very similar.
  15. Personally, I think "animated" style figures (like the Legends X-Men VHS cel-shaded or the Lightning Collection Pink Ranger cel-shaded) look bad, the cel-shading just doesn't translate to 3D for me. What do you think? What are your unpopular opinions, related to action figures and action figure collecting?
