  1. I'm probably in the minority here but I would also like a Dynasty Warriors line A Mortal Kombat line that isn't expensive and doesn't give up after making 7 figures
  2. I would also love a Soul Calibur line of figures, crazy that there's so few SC stuff out there
  3. Hey, i forgot to take a picture, but my local Walmart still has a Janice Lincoln Beetle figure. Box was banged up a bit, but still in package
  4. I imagine the Shang-Chi will go the same route, I'd recommend everyone pick that up sooner than later
  5. Sort of on topic, does anyone know if Marvel is able to create merchandise for characters like Ultraman, Predator, or Conan? I imagine that the answer is no, but a Conan ML figure seems possible
  6. I mostly steer clear of Mattel, I used to collect their WWE figures, but something about them just isn't that great. I'd love to get into MOTU, heck i've thought of getting into Mythic Legions or even Vitruvian HACKS.
  7. I agree, the weird scaling for the line bugs me a lot as well. Batgirl should not be the same size as Batman. I have a DC sized hole in my collection, and McFarlane just doesn't do it for me.
  8. Okay, this might not be okay on the forums (feel free to remove if it isn't), but it's still loosely related to Marvel Legends and Hasbro. What are some other properties (from any medium) that you would like to see have a action figure line with the same scope as Marvel Legends? Not exactly the same style, but the same aesthetic I suppose. I would love to see more video games get more affordable toy lines, Mass Effect springs to mind
  9. Alright, I just noticed his little webs for the first time. I retract my statement. I concur for Nightcrawler!
  10. Snagged Shiklah and X-Man off of Amazon today (almost done with Sugar Man now!) Also, the Shuri/Klaw pack is pretty cheap on Amazon as well; should I snag it?
  11. Specifically a repaint of an already existing character with very minimal new tooling required. For me it's the Amazing Fantasy 15 Spider-Man with the red and black rather than red and blue. (Sorry if image is low quality)
  12. I've had this idea for awhile, figured that I'd share it. What if Hasbro released a classic Doctor Strange as a deluxe figure, but with the hook that he would come with a cloth cape with a posing wire? I feel that Strange's cape needs to be unique from all other figures. If NECA can include posing wires and charge $29.99 for a more detailed sculpt, then Hasbro can do the same for a less detailed one. Obviously he could also come with some alternate hands and magic effects and maybe an alternate head What are your thoughts on this idea?
  13. I do primarily despise exclusives, but I think the distribution is totally random. I have about 3 Wal-Marts near me and I only found 1 Cap between the three, yet each of them still had a dozen of those Grey Black Widow figs from last year. Wal-Mart might be pretty bad with exclusives, but Target, and Walgreens are worse. (Also GameStop and Best Buy, if you do Black Series)
  14. I'm surprised they did Charles and not X-23 for that two pack. I don't do movie figures, but she seems like a notable gap in an X-Men movie display.
  15. This is probably obvious, but I imagine that Hasbro isn't able to reveal the Eternals or Shang-Chi waves until we get a trailer for the movies (which we probably should have had by now). Sorry for double post
  16. This could be a blessing in disguise; if enough people only want the BAF, that would leave more sets available on retail store shelves
  17. Weird that Darkstar comes with gripping hands, would have preferred an energy effect. Alas, it's an awesome figure and wave
  18. Remember everyone that ML runs a bit bigger than most other 6 inch lines, so the double-jointed elbows may not be as garish or sculpt-breaking on them. That being said, I think that the ladies lacking double-jointed elbows (and boot articulation) is what really holds the line back
  19. Just to add another one; the inconsistency! It's like every 10-15 figures, we get one that really, really good looking (the new Thanos, the 80 Years trinity) and they practically look like they're from a whole other line from most of the rest of the figs.
  20. A female hands accessory pack that only comes with those splayed out hands
  21. Just something I'd like to add; Hasbro's female body molds are all horribly outdated by modern standards. I mean no boot/calf articulation or double-jointed elbows is a bit ridiculous
  22. Place your bets here! Just kidding, no betting. We really don't know a lot of concrete info as to what's coming out this year, loads of rumors and leaks though. What are you expecting to be announced? I'm looking at this as a replacement for this years New York Toy Fair, so I'm expecting alot of reveals (especially given the Hasbro Marvel team tweeting things like "be sure to save up for April") Note: The first Monday in April is on the 5th and therefore, obviously, before this Fan Fest. The first Monday of every month is Marvel Monday, so we may get a small tease or drop.
  23. Since we seem to think it could be an Excalibur set, I personally think it'd be the more contemporary forms of the team (i.e. Betsy as Captain Britain and Brian as Captain Avalon), but I'm hoping for the classic looks Maybe it's a curveball and it's a Captain Britain Corps set
  24. It could be a gripe with the figures or Hasbro in general I don't know about biggest, but it's certainly an issue I have, for me, it's the fact that Hasbro almost never paints the pegs on their figures (Spider-Man, Vindicator, etc.). This really only bugs me because Hasbro is perfectly capable of doing it (Nova in the Groot BAF wave). What about you, what are your biggest legitimate gripes? Note: Try to refrain from "They never do [Insert character name]"
