  1. Remember everyone that ML runs a bit bigger than most other 6 inch lines, so the double-jointed elbows may not be as garish or sculpt-breaking on them. That being said, I think that the ladies lacking double-jointed elbows (and boot articulation) is what really holds the line back
  2. Just to add another one; the inconsistency! It's like every 10-15 figures, we get one that really, really good looking (the new Thanos, the 80 Years trinity) and they practically look like they're from a whole other line from most of the rest of the figs.
  3. A female hands accessory pack that only comes with those splayed out hands
  4. Just something I'd like to add; Hasbro's female body molds are all horribly outdated by modern standards. I mean no boot/calf articulation or double-jointed elbows is a bit ridiculous
  5. Place your bets here! Just kidding, no betting. We really don't know a lot of concrete info as to what's coming out this year, loads of rumors and leaks though. What are you expecting to be announced? I'm looking at this as a replacement for this years New York Toy Fair, so I'm expecting alot of reveals (especially given the Hasbro Marvel team tweeting things like "be sure to save up for April") Note: The first Monday in April is on the 5th and therefore, obviously, before this Fan Fest. The first Monday of every month is Marvel Monday, so we may get a small tease or drop.
  6. Since we seem to think it could be an Excalibur set, I personally think it'd be the more contemporary forms of the team (i.e. Betsy as Captain Britain and Brian as Captain Avalon), but I'm hoping for the classic looks Maybe it's a curveball and it's a Captain Britain Corps set
  7. It could be a gripe with the figures or Hasbro in general I don't know about biggest, but it's certainly an issue I have, for me, it's the fact that Hasbro almost never paints the pegs on their figures (Spider-Man, Vindicator, etc.). This really only bugs me because Hasbro is perfectly capable of doing it (Nova in the Groot BAF wave). What about you, what are your biggest legitimate gripes? Note: Try to refrain from "They never do [Insert character name]"
  8. Not to mention that they did Satanna years ago, in a boxset mind you, but still I second this! We need more Golden Age love from Marvel in general; several characters would be fairly easy too. Repaint the 80 years Cap a brighter blue and new shield, retool the Walgreens Torch a bit, etc.
  9. The last one came out in 2015 in the Allfather wave, I believe. It's decent by todays standards and great by 2015 standards. There was also a gray variant (I think for Marvel Unlimited subs) With as heavy as Marvel have been pushing the character for the last decade; it's strange that we've only gotten the one version of Carol (under the Captain Marvel moniker). I know she doesn't change her suit too often, but I'm pretty sure she has long hair again and the face on the last one is plastic shiny. The face could do with an update at least. What do you think? Personally, I'd say most characters pre 2017-2018 could do with a rerelease just to up the face paints.
  10. Amazing! Wonderful use of Tiger Shark's head fin thing. Great line work and paint apps all around
  11. I agree, but alot of Legends from that same era all look pretty cheap by todays standards. It's crazy how quickly and poorly they've aged.
  12. Doorman, I mean come on. It'd basically just be a Bucky Cap repaint with any of the random capes that Hasbro has laying around. Another would be Neutron; could really just throw a Colossus head on the Omega Red body and be done with it. Oh and pretty much any female character, 90% of them are on the same body any way
  13. I completely forgot about everyone of those; Rogue was crazy for awhile (she might still be). I know the reissue is above retail. I remember Dani shooting up to like 60 bucks when she first came out, so I just quit looking for her, since I'd want three.
  14. The latest Crossbones is a bit underwhelming given that it's on a horrible buck, I don't know if the Omega Red one would have worked but at least it wouldn't be 10 years old. I've heard the Hasbro team say that they don't want to use the Omega Red body because of the holes in his torso for the shoulder pads, I gotta say that is a weak argument. The Hyperion mold, has a hole in the back for a cape and literally most figures on that buck do not come with capes.
  15. Oddly, with the exception of boxset exclusives and Silk, most female characters tend to not skyrocket as high as the male ones. Just a weird correlation. Like even older figures like the Allfather Captain Marvel or the Thanos Spider-Woman seem to sit in $35-$50 range, which isn't too ridiculous.
  16. Here in the States, alot of the symbiotes skyrocket. Lasher was expensive last I looked, pretty much any Spidey related character explodes in price
  17. Basically, which unlikely Legend figure shot up in value to an extreme amount? For me, It's the Apocalypse BAF wave Gladiator. I know he was in an SDCC boxset before, but so were Brother Voodoo and Magik, and they're both fairly average in price. No offense to Kallark, but it's not like he's a well-known character. I want a complete Apocalypse, but I don't want to pay 70 bucks for just the head.
  18. No, I meant to put a comma in there. What I meant was that I would like a Hepzibah, and that we're overdue for updated comic versions of the Guardians
  19. I think that Feral and Tigra are the most likely; Lizard is a possibility and I would really like a Hepzibah and we're overdue for new comics versions of the GOTG Personally, I feel like Dragon Man will be the next Fantastic Four BAF
  20. How would you feel about Hasbro making Legends based off of other Pre-MCU Marvel films; like the 2005 Fantastic Four, Affleck DareDevil, and etc? Personally, I don't collect movie figures, but I would like to see these figures get made just because it is a part of Marvel's history Note: We're pretty much obviously getting a Raimi Spider-Man, so try to leave that out
  21. Yes please! I've never been able to get my Misty Knight to stand, so she's just kind of leaning against a wall (plus mine's cross-eyed)
  22. So, next year is the 50th anniversary of Luke Cage; he was the first Black comic book character to star in their own solo series, so he's pretty important. To celebrate that; how would you feel about a Heroes for Hire 2-pack of 70s Luke Cage and 70s Iron Fist?
  23. I'd really like for Hasbro to "modernize" their articulation on their female figures. I mean, no double jointed elbows and no calf/boot swivel is pretty insane for a modern toyline. Actually, hasn't it been a really long time since we got a new female body mold? We usually get one new male body per year/ year and a half EDIT: Just noticed this was my own topic hahaa
