I'm sold on these two alone! Jean looks a lot better here than in the X-Men #1 poster! -

Hela, Morbius and the Jubilee are beautiful! I was down on the X-Men: TAS Cyclops before. I'm still not digging that one, but the other three look pretty good! -

Probably more like Songbird and Blink. Remember, Jubilee was our teenage POV character for arguably the most popular incarnation of the X-Men. She was being prominently featured in a best-selling comic book title and and a hit Saturday morning animated series simultaneously. All this at a time when many of today's adult action figure collectors (me included) were at impressionable ages. I love Boom-Boom and I'm psyched for this figure, but she's got none of that.

Who Else Needs a Classic version?

Oh, I forgot: Dormammu and Baron Mordo! Maybe they can do them in the same wave as a classic Dr. Strange. I didn't have much interest in the first Dormammu BAF, but I'd be all over one produced in his OG look. -
Gave it a try. It does not. The socket in the MCU Cap head is too small, which is a shame because it looks like it would look pretty sharp. Also, the helmet fits on the MCU Cap head pretty good. Here's some shots with the MCU Cap head resting on the ball without the ball actually in the socket. I also gave the Captain Rogers head from the Armin Zola wave a try for fun. It fits but is too loose and wobbles around. I like you're idea though. I might try to dremel out the socket on the MCU Cap head to make it fit.

Aw man, I was just in San Diego last month on business, and Optimus' PSA made me wish I was going back for the convention. If any of you folks are headed out there, try to see some of the city as well! It's friggin' gorgeous! -

Who Else Needs a Classic version?

I absolutely agree that they need to break out that bulkier female body mold more often than they do. At the very least for some variety in the shelf displays. Psylocke seems to have been a popular choice for that one, but I'm not so sure. Yeah, she might not look like her Capcom sprite, but really, lithe Asian ninja? I think she's fine on the buck they gave her. Vintage Storm is another case entirely. She's way too petite! Definitely needed to be taller and curvier! -
The Weakest Waves.
MonsterChris replied to SolidSnakeEyes's topic in Marvel Legends Figure Discussion
I'm inclined to believe this is what happened with Caliban. That whole wave is solid gold with the exception of Skullbuster (popularity-wise, not quality; he's a fine figure). Personally, I would have built Caliban regardless, but I don't think too many others would have.
