  1. She needs a better written character to play than what she ended up having in Solo. She was good in that, but her arc was too predictable.
  2. I think I'm most anxious to see the rest of the Infinity Saga line, especially because we have 80% all but confirmed by now. But if they revealed at least one of them I'd be happy. We've already seen most of the Disney+ wave, pretty much the whole Shang Chi wave, and most of the Eternals wave.
  3. It's weird seeing Taskmaster because I already associate him with a movie from a year ago, even though we haven't seen it yet. I've had his Legends figure on my shelf for a year now. But these look good.
  4. I'm psyched for all these Disney+ shows. They picked the right time to add the multi-episodic format to their storytelling arsenal, so they can draw out a story instead of having to cram it into a two hour movie.
  5. I LOVE this. I love how it doesn't feel like anything MCU we've gotten before. I was hoping for at least one 'Crouching Tiger'-style fight scene, and it looks like we get a couple.
  6. That's a beautiful figure. I don't normally collect comics figures, but that looks good enough to have cinematic custom potential.
  7. Beautiful figure. Happy to see as much from this movie as possible. But I have officially reached a point where I start foaming at the mouth and flipping tables when I read the words "Target Exclusive."
  8. That would be an awesome origin update if the rings on his arms are actually designed for much larger alien fingers. Or not. Either way, I'm psyched for this.
  9. I've been searching relentlessly for an adequate bear toy to make a custom Ursa for years, and just when I was ready to give up hope, they come out with this. Perfect timing.
  10. Damn, they really nailed the face with this one. These look so good. I can't believe I'm hearing rumors about Hasbro doing away with face printing. They could never possibly go back.
  11. I hate hate hate HATE this. I can't begin to describe how much I hate this. This is SO unnecessary and SUCH a disservice to all the work the MCU has done to setting up its tone and logic. I would expect all this from a Dr. Strange movie because his whole thing is jumping around other realities, but dragging Spiderman into this is just so awkward and cheap. If they REALLY had to introduce the stupid Multiverse, they could at least cast other Peter Parkers we hadn't seen before to really add to the mystery of it, but instead they're dragging in previous actors for NO other reason than to have two seconds of recognition and excitement from the audience before the story nosedives into campy fantastical BS. I'd hoped that the way they handled Evan Peters in WandaVision (much to many people's disappointment but to my delight) would indicate how they'd actually handle something like this, but I'm afraid all these stupid fan posters I'm seeing with Maguire, Garfield, and Molina popping through Sling Ring portals is actually going to influence the creators into thinking this is worth doing. It's going to put a permanent stain on the way they've told their stories so far in the MCU and again, I hate it.
  12. Sorry to see this wave disappointing so many people. I guess that means I'll be able to find it for a decent price.
  13. Thats crazy to think that after 12 years of hearing about the Ten Rings, were finally getting a look at the actual MCU Mandarin. That alone guarantees I'l be getting him.
  14. Iron Monger will truly be something to behold. At $70, I'd expect it to be pretty damn big. I don't know if I could imagine them designing it with a removable Stane figure, or with an opening cockpit revealing a fixed figure, kind of like an oversized version of the figure they released way back in '08. monger.bmp
  15. That Ironman looks so strange to me. Isn't that weird, to have such a retro-looking suit being piloted by this sophisticated hologram?
  16. I have a feeling these will all be really cool. I may not get all of them, but I can tell just by looking at the art for the show that the figures will offer some very useful customizing options.
  17. I wonder how long Target had been sitting on these before they slipped out. They've probably got the Eternals wave back there too behind a pallet of dogfood.
