  1. Avengers Endgame rerelease and a little bit longer? Considering that the first time I saw it the movie froze about 20 minutes in and the theater restarted it from the beginning, this will feel like a shorter version to me!!!!! 😃
  2. I believe Avatar did so well is because it was the first movie that pushed how great a 3D live action movie could be. It was after the movie came out there was a huge push to release everything in 3D, even with the crappy 3D conversion technology that was used at the time (i.e. Clash of the Titans). Interesting that both those movies starred Sam Worthington lol.
  3. I think it's the direction of the shoulder cannon that makes it look off. Maybe if it was turned or maybe just from another angle it may look better.
  4. Better be the dual screen roster with all six characters!!!!! I loved that game at the arcade as a kid!!!!
  5. Great figure, especially since I couldn't get my hands on the Legends version.
  6. Or instead of Havok (or a bonus pick!!!!) I would go with 90's/first appearance Exodus!
  7. Hopefully it was more because of Disney acquiring Fox and therefore reacquiring the license to the X-Men movies, and less because of Dark Phoenix.
  8. So hard to choose!!!! Off the top of my head: 1. Jean Grey (updated Jim Lee) 2. Banshee update 3. Syrin (90's X-Force) 4. Sunspot (90's X-Force) 5. Sunfire (AoA, one of my favorite designs) 6. Havok (90's X-Factor)
  9. Speaking of Iceman and his slide, does anyone know how to make or even buy a custom made iceslide? Building a Jim Lee X-Men #1 display and would like to find out, thanks!
  10. If the rumored 3 pack of Jean, Cyclops, and Wolverine is true I hope the Cyclops is the Jim Lee version, but with an alternate head for the optic blast like this vintage wave.
  11. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to make or where to get a custom made Iceman slide?
  12. Is there any where on this site or any other site that has a complete list of all the 80th anniversary figures and where they will be available/released through? Thanks in advance!
  13. The slogan giving flashbacks to when I collected comic books, "Make mine Marvel!" Good luck to everyone!!!!
  14. Yup, saw it and already preordered!!!! Thanks for the heads up!
  15. Yup, Iceman definitely will be. I'm hoping they release that version of him in an upcoming vintage wave.
  16. I think I can make it work by positioning him closer which matches the Jim Lee cover. If I feel it's too out of scale I can replace him later with the Legends that's about to come out in the 3 pack. The Rogue is a Select and by positioning her further back she doesn't look out of scale.
  17. I'm going to start posting pics of the display as I build it. As of this pic there's Legends Gambit and Wolverine (vintage), Select Colossus, Rogue, and Magneto. Next figures that are on their way are Legends Professor X and Legends Beast......
  18. So changed my mind (again) about the display. Going with a mix of Legends and Select. The Select Wolverine forced my decision when posing him for the display ruined his left ankle. Also loved the Legends Gambit over the Select. Don't have the Legends Beast but based on reviews I've seen it looks like it'll be better for the display (looks like I'll be selling the Select Beast soon!)
