I liked Avatar. I thought it was a good movie but I am not sure why it did as well as it did. Didn't see it the theaters and I have seen every marvel movie on the big screen. End game deserves to beat it.

I believe Avatar did so well is because it was the first movie that pushed how great a 3D live action movie could be. It was after the movie came out there was a huge push to release everything in 3D, even with the crappy 3D conversion technology that was used at the time (i.e. Clash of the Titans). Interesting that both those movies starred Sam Worthington lol.

Anyone else planning on picking up that Cyclops JUST for the effects? Because they'll look really good on the Jim Lee Cyclops...

Also, how long do we have to wait for a Giant Sized costume Storm now, because she's the last figure that I'll need for my X-Men Arcade roster (seriously, how awesome was that game?)

Better be the dual screen roster with all six characters!!!!! I loved that game at the arcade as a kid!!!!

I don't see any appreciable increase in X-waves, at least till the next movie comes out, and according to everyone involved, that won't be for a few years.

There will still be X-Waves no doubt, but I doubt we'll see anything like this year (Caliban Series, Wendigo Series, X-Retro) again for quite a while. The ONLY reason we got those is because of Dark Phoenix and . . . you know how that worked out.

Hopefully it was more because of Disney acquiring Fox and therefore reacquiring the license to the X-Men movies, and less because of Dark Phoenix.

Making it wouldn't be too hard. There's a modeling material you can get called "liquid effects" or "water effects" that's meant for creating realistic pools of water, etc., but you should be able to mold it around something to get the shape you want, and just drybrush a little white paint to make it look frostier. There's probably a frosted looking resin you could cast from a mold or use to 3D print too, but that sounds more time consuming or expensive, respectively. Try looking up a modeling ice tutorial. I'm sure some good ones exist.

    Thanks!!!!
