Bonebreaker makes sense; he's the only stand out legless character I can think of and his weird design is probably too much for a normal release.

Is sad they WASTE a BAF in a character that can be released in a cardboard; but we have seen this happening recently with Stiltman and Demogoblin, but yeah, most probably is Bonebreaker (give us Pretty Boy and we will be done with the core members of the Reavers)

Anyway, Maggot? As far as angsty, grunge era, outcast, loner teenagers I would a chosen Random, but I guess Maggot will do. It's different, it's new, it's quirky and it tips the scale on this wave to have more new characters than repeats, which are still too many IMO.

Dont get me wrong, Im so excited for Maggot, even when a lot of people hate those times, I loved it and Cecilia and Marrow as well!

and ... Come on! ML is not for kids anymore, we know it! Maybe only the big sellers (IM, Wolverine, Cap, etc) are for the ocassional kids, they are into videogames these days, they dont care for toys after 10 years.

What do you think a Toy Biz wave would be, conceptually?  Are you thinking they would re-release some old Toy Biz figures?  Re-master them?  Re-create a Toy Biz wave with the same character lineup in the same costumes, but with new figures?

Some Face Off Series Maybe? A Classic Power Man (he had a diorama with a tiny base as far I rememeber)? I think only the Face Off, Mojo, Modok and BBG had the carboard/diorama with a base thing.

What is the reason for a DOOM head. Have I missed something is there a reference to this somewhere. Cause this is the only part of this I am not excited for its the weirdest thing the could possibly have chosen to do. Another herald  blast effects voice module anything makes more sense. I am not aware of Doom ever having Galactcus's body.  Frankly if it happened I am glad I missed it.  But anyone understand this choice????

Just a story from a comic that nobody cares from a really annoying writer.

I may wrap that Doom head like a baby and put it under the Christmas Tree as baby Jesus just for fun 👀

I'd back that Sasquatch so fast. Champion is another great option. I want both of those characters. I have the ToyBiz Giant-Man which is still pretty good so I would not be as urgent to get him but knowing me, I probably would anyway. I have no space or interest in these huge Galactuses and Sentinels, but I would like these other oversized characters. Or just make them deluxe figures like Surtur, which is 13".

U obviously are a Sasquatch fan, but I have seen the BAF getting sold for very low price in internet. I dont think they may bring it soon in such a scale, Giant Man and Atlas (to round up the Thunderbolts, that also dont sell very well) are the most obvious options.

To be fair, it's mostly the same six or seven people using the "It's free, don't complain!" argument.  I mean, everyone is entitled to their opinion.  I don't believe anyone is buying a second one of these *because* of the Doom head, though.  Reddit should always be taken with a grain of salt.

To be fair also the 4th tier for the Sentinel was a useless head swap (for the innacuracy of the Tri-Sentinel) so from now we can start to think on the last tier as a joke to the collectors from Hasbro in future Haslabs.

As some folks have pointed out, I'm not sure how much gas is really left in the tank where giant-sized characters are concerned.  The Frost Giant army-builder sounds OK.  Fin Fang Foom or a properly giant Giant-Man maybe.  But as many giant-sized characters are out there that might be fun to have, I don't know there are many that I would pay hundreds of dollars for.  Maybe that's just me, but even setting aside storage/display concerns I don't really feel like many of those are really absolutely "essential" characters outside of a completist "Gotta have 'em all" mindset.

Then again I'm sitting here thinking that if they pulled off a Living Tribunal with one of those magnetic doohickeys that would actually let the head hover above the shoulders/body that might actually be clever enough to get me to back another one of these.

I have in mind already some ideas for Devi Dinosaur, unlocked tiers included 👀

Be careful what you wish for.

I for one have no intention of paying $300-400.00 for something,  just so I can get figures that normally retail around $20.00+.

For those of you that backed this, we know it was a nail biter there for awhile. But it got done. Congrats! You wanna bask in the afterglow now, feel free. But think about it long term....'cause I promise you, Hasbro sure is.

Agreed! In normal conditions Morg is not at all a MUST HAVE figure (im happy to get it), I wouldnt pay $30 for the silver surfer base to put on my Walgreen SS (Im happy to get it too), only excited about Nova coz Im fan of Byrne FF run.

I wouldnt pay 350 bucks to back-up a Giant Frost ONLY to get one of the Warrior Three, like Im not paying the price of the Elvis MODOK to get the Captain, and guess what, I can live with that. We shld stop giving greedy ideas to Hasbro!

As I've stated from the beginning, I think Galactus was worth the full price and I was happy to back him on day one even if he never came with any other figures or unlocked any stretch goals. That said, I appreciate free stuff as much as anybody so I have been happy with every unlocked tier. After three figures, whose inherent retail value if individually released would've been approximately $75 or more, that's like Galactus only cost $300-325. Not bad. I am more than satisfied with that.

So then we get this... Doom head...thing. Yeah, this doesn't appeal to me, and I never, ever would've asked for this, but... I think it's kind of hilarious. This is the designers and engineers having fun, which they are perfectly entitled to do because a) they've already sold the number of units they need plus half; they don't have to give us any free swag but they are; and b) they're already including three pretty cool figures; you want more heralds, you gotta pay for 'em.

Most likely, this Doom head will stay in the box for 99% of the people who bought it, but for those other people who want to display him like this, bless you people! You're delightful.

We saw your point the first time u dont need to post it twice ... 👀

It’s like the Hasbro team can’t help themselves.  How many people are actually going to use this instead of the Galactus head?  What a waste!  Firelord was a no brainer here but instead the Hasbro team thought “what is the most useless thing we can give the fans?”

Well, u dont need to be a brainer to realize that Hasbro won't give you for free something that they can sell later (Firelord)?

But yeah, this head is garbage, I think even a piece of plastic pretending to be cosmic energy was a better (and cheaper for them) option.

For reference I think this is from marvel two in one when Johnny and Ben went in search of Reed and gang after secret wars and wound up in an alternate universe where doom had essentially became galactus and destroyed all but earth.

Nice way to kill the momentum, a swap head from a run that nobody cares (personally I hate that writer books), but hey, we have three Heralds, lets pretend this head doesnt existe and keep celebrating!
