Just an update: Actually my pre-order was canceled some days later as the retailer admitted they actually didnt have the figures in stock as anounced. Amazon has not refunded me yet though.

Apparently, Amazon Brazil is selling the Avengers Controller BAF wave way before the release date.. I have seen it for several weeks already and today I decided to order Speedball to see if they are really delivering the figures now. I'll post more pictures when I receive it...

So the Armadillo BAF Strange is exactly the same figure as the MOM one with a very slight difference in colors, right? In this case, I am sticking with the BAF one... at least I will get the Armadillo head to complete the figure heheh

US$28.99 for a plain Spidey figure in a paper package?? They are pushing it really hard...

As I said in another post, really hated the non-plastic package... And Toad was not exactly what I was expecting (which would be the reuse of Frog Man body), but it ended up surprising me in a good way. The 90's X-Men are the most remarkable in my memories and this figure is accurate to those years, although I agree every writer and artist have their own plans and designs to the character, which actually make him look a totally different person every time I see him in the comics.

Really didn't like those "environment-friendly" boxes made of paper (dead trees) to pack PLASTIC figures. As a lot of you said, it is an invitation to thieves, bad quality control and a huge headache for collectors, specially for those who import (like me) from other countries (like US or China)... if any piece is missing, I really doubt any etailer will change the figure for you or give you a full refund. Next big smart move on the industry will be going back to wooden figures or bamboo maybe...

I just didn't understand such a big gap on the releasing dates between BigBadToyStore (august) and Entertaiment Earth (november)... as the price increased, at least I have more time to save some money until there... And, although all the issues those figures have, this is my most wanted Legends wave of the year so far!!
