I know it's not hate monger. I know that. They would never make that figure for obvious reasons. But imagine.. that was the first comic I ever read so it holds a lot of sentimental value to me personally. I know. It's never gonna happen. I'm ok with that. I REALLY HOPE IT'S HATE MONGER.

I think more than any of this I'd like a classic Dr Strange. They've done two figures but neither were in the classic look and he's pretty well-known these days. Plus it wouldn't need much original sculpting. The legs are Spandex so no need to sculpt anything new for them. The torso and arms could be reused from the shatterstar figure. The previous Dr Strange had the cloak of levitation and eye of agamotto. Just make a new head, gloves and a skirt/belt piece.

As much as I don't need this, I'm happy for all the people who skipped the legends one. If I were in that boat I would've been so excited to not have to get another Wolverine to get this.

Well I wouldn't say it's a sad commentary on our society by any stretch. As cool as Deathstroke is, Deadpool has clearly surpassed him in popularity. While he may have started as a blatant ripoff, he evolved into a more interesting character, and became something most people really enjoyed. People who like Deadpool generally mean they like the modern interpretation of the character, which is much more than just another Deathstroke. This figure exemplifies that fact.
