But I did exactly that in the SEVERAL examples I just gave. Can't understand why you think the inclusion of wings cancels out any other accessory; the Vulture, who came with wings, also came with two accessories (different heads) . Even Toybiz was able to supply a Redwing with the Falcon.
Hope you know I'm not being argumentative but my logic is coming from just what I see in terms of how much plastic Hasbro is willing to use vs their cost. I know Vulture came with some extras but that doesn't always happen for every figure. How many times have we all been on here complaining about a lack of accessories for this or that piece? For instance, my favorite 3 figures from Legends are the Alex Ross Cap, Iron Man and Thor. Iron Man came with 4 blast effects, 2 fists, 2 blasting hands and 2 extra heads. Cap had a shield, 2 fists, 2 O-hands and a throwing effect hand. Thor had Mjolnir and an extra fist. What? Did his cape count as an accessory? It's a dice roll on every figure. Bottom line: I just don't see Hasbro willing to spend the money on a Redwing mold as well as the extra paint. Granted, they would likely just mold it in brown and not paint him. Between the wings and extra hands that to me is probably as far as Hasbro will go on a character like the Falcon. Hopefully I eat my words.

Oh I don't see any evidence for that. Shang-Chi came with 2 nunchuks and what, 4 sets of hands?? Way back, Chameleon had 3 weapons, 3 different heads. Dr. Strange is going to have effects, an axe, a wand and hands. Katy had a bow & arrow, a quiver, hands and a di jang creature. No good reason not to have Redwing.
I just don't see Hasbro being that "giving" if you will. I'd be happy to be proved wrong but as much plastic as we get between the figure and the wings I just don't see it happening.

Both of these are pretty lazy releases since Falcon is a slightly different paint app and Loki includes knives and a new head. I'll get the Falcon because he's one of my favorite characters but I have the original Loki and definitely don't need this one.

Wow. This almost feels like trolling. One of the most longed for Legends yet and it's Walmart only? Jeez.

All I'm really hoping for is that the Captain America in the wave is a brighter variant of the 80th figure. That was a real win from Hasbro and I'd love to see it reused in different incarnations, especially his classic bright blue.

They did say classic Falcon is coming, so that's great news. I do think he should be on a bigger mold, but I love the articulation on the current version. Falc needs a new head too, he looks like almost bored here! But for his classic look it would be great if they'd use his "hawk hook" gauntlet (Mysterio's gloves would be almost perfect) and give us an articulated Red Wing!
That's a great idea for the hook and mysterios gauntlet is shaped exactly right. I still plan to get this one and any classic versions. I've been waiting years for good Falcon figures. We need a new wwii Bucky and a better Sharon carter and I can die happy.

Thinking about getting Hammerhead just to use the body for a tuxedo Red Skull. Definitely grabbing Falcon as I'll buy any of his comic looks. Not bad for once. There are a lot of good reveals here.

I would love to see a Daredevil on this buck. That level of articulation plus the build would work perfect for me since I think of Matt as less bulky than what we've seen with the Bucky-Cap mould.

I just want X-Factor. Like Walt Simonson X-Factor. I would love at least Jean, Beast and Iceman with his belt. I want to build that original roster.

Man. Give me a Warbird built just like that Shadowcat and I'd buy at least 2. I looooove the sculpt and proportions on her. Plus, the articulation looks above the norm for female figures.

More rehashing of older, better ideas I see. There's only one Avengers Forever and that's the Kurt Busiek masterpiece. Not only are they re-using the old title but it's being written by Jason Aaron. Yeah, that really instills hope for the story. Also, I guess we're to the point that everything needs laying out like an MCU phase now? Awesome.

A few things here I like. I might grab that shield pack but most of the weapons suck so I'll put some neca weapons with them like I did my Sharon Carter. Think I'll get 3 skrulls to sort of represent the first 3 that became cows in FF. That Spidey wave is garbage but I'll probably grab armadillo on ebay someday. I would be a little interested in shriek but her head looks like glued on hair. Not feeling it at all. Eternals still look like a waste of plastic.

Oh yay, such excitement. Seriously, I get that Hasbro has to do this wave despite the horribly dull designs, which aren't their fault, but it sucks this is the only reveal here. Oh well. Maybe their Con will give us something thats actually interesting.

I don't expect much out of this. Eternals probably, more pushing the Galactus kickstarter (sarcasm, I know it's not actually kickstarter) and if the past is any indication more one-offs similar to the Hercules/Tygra reveals.

God knows we don't see enough of the MCU, let's slap it on some comics covers too.

For anyone wondering about what horraaahs we can expect once Hasbro begins to install it's minimal plastics packaging initiative, here's a little peak into the future.
Locating your favorite toy line: level moderate
Locating figures you actually want: level hard
Locating figures you want in complete condition: level expert
I figured the new packaging would be something more like what they use for their army builders on Hasbro Pulse.

This looks like some kind of player 2 skin for Ermac or Noob Saibot on Mortal Kombat.

Totally underwhelming reveals. Hasbro refuses to make a scale accurate Perez or Byrne Thing & Sue's face sculpt is atrocious. I'll wait on a sale to get the Torch. Porn fingers Reed is a joke. Couldn't repaint the stretched arms from the Walgreens version? Was never a fan of the 2 villains in the wave, so huge pass. X-Force has also never been a must have team for me either. Rictor looks like a member of the Lost Boys. The last 2 reveals , to tell the truth, have been lackluster. Just Herc, Tigra, Quasar & Sandman on my list for the rest of the year.
I'm on the exact same boat as you. I was really hoping for a good classic Thing but the headsculpts are bad, Sue would have been a must but she looks awful. Reed is known mainly for stretching his neck, torso and arms and we get long fingers? Flame on Torch looks good but he looked good before too and Johnny looks ok but I'd never display him flamed off. Oh well.

Why not use the same one as before? The first walgreens and the Skrull BAF wave are the same, they just modified the hair a bit. If they wanted to yet again change the hair, they could have easily done so without giving her an entirely different (and awful) new head.
And as anyone who's read my previous posts, as much as I've bashed their choices for female body molds, I've been praising their work on the female heads. Such progress! So WTF happened here??
I don't get it either. We're fresh on the heels of the recent She-Hulk which had the alternate relaxed expression which is one of the prettiest faces on a Legend ever. I just don't get it.

What a #$## reveal. Invisible Woman has one of the worst head sculpts I've seen in years. Thing isn't much better. Firey Torch is ok but aside from a few stripes he's basically the same as before and his flame off version is decent. Mr Fantastic looks good but he isn't good enough to replace my walgreens version. High evolutionary and Psycho Man are the best in the lot as they look great. Overall what a waste of a marvel special. Hasbro is getting lazy imo and just tossing out whatever they can at this point in the pandemic. Thankfully, I see nothing here worth spending money on

I have always said that if you were to compare Herc with an anime character it would be DB's Goku. A big lovable goof that loves to fight and eat.
Yeah, thats actually a good comparison. And I could even see him offer to handicap himself in a fight like Goku has done before.

I'm so excited about this piece. I love everything about it and those head sculpts are top notch. Herc always smiles so for once it actually fits to have that kind of expression. Hasbro killed it on this one.

Outstanding figure. Wish his coloring was a little bit darker but it's a very minor complaint. Can't wait to have him on my villains shelf.

I would prefer a wave as well over a boxset which could have characters I have/don't want.
That's true but considering how they handled the X-Men box set with Calisto, it could go the same way for a box.

I'm really torn on that Shriek figure. Her hair looks weird to me the way the bangs look sort of slapped on but if i can ever get a hold of a Carnage and Demogoblin figure and they do a proper blue Venom with a non-inflated head and a Doppelganger based around the new Spidey buck, she would be a must. Hard decision considering how many other criteria I need for a Maximum Carnage crew.
