  1. Yes, definitely. Just look at the Age of Apocalypse Jean Grey in package. That's just stupid.
  2. Agree completely. Legends is not a line I could buy sight unseen. I've seen some atrocious paint apps and several times I've had to go to multiple stores just to get one character that looks right. I'd have to only buy loose or used I guess...meaning Hasbro would get $0 from me.
  3. Definitely. The original New Warriors was one of my favorite books ever. When I saw the headline and then saw Firestar and Namorita I got SOOO excited. Then I saw the rest of the release. Why can't we just have the original team -even if it's just called "Warriors."
  4. Yes, that's it exactly. The chest circumference looks the same as the waist -like she doesn't have a rib cage. It's also odd that they added those "stretch" lines to the sculpt. They just kind of make the top of her costume look "saggy" and ill-fitting. Hoping this changes before production. I'll be disappointed if that's the final design because the rest looks pretty good.
  5. Well, that all escalated pretty quickly. So sorry to hear about your situation LandoTucker. My heart goes out to you. I hope everything turns out well for you and your loved ones. I may not be saying it correctly. I, for one, just meant that the Storm chest piece doesn't look structurally or anatomically correct when I look at it. I'm truly not commenting on the character's "curves" or "assets." I'm very artistic and it just looks "off" to me. And the Rogue looks fine. No politics here.
  6. Agree 100%. Classic Storm has always been my most wanted Legends figure (then first appearance Savage She-Hulk. Ha) and I'm really disappointed with the upper torso sculpt. It's not even anatomically accurate. Looks like her chest is sunk in and thinner than her hips. Kind of a mess. I also think there should be a little eyeliner or something. The eyes are missing something. Which also makes me think. Has there ever been a Storm figure with blue eyes? Seems like they always depict her in power mode. If we're getting an alternate head, I think I'd rather see one with blue eyes than an angry face.
  7. Well...and I don't even mean "ampleness" exactly. That's not even "adequate." The whole piece is just small and misshapen. The Rogue doesn't look like that. It appears to be a new sculpt and they tried to show the fabric stretching there and they just did a really poor job. How does one change out a piece like that exactly? Does it just pop apart? I've never done more than switch out heads and appendages.
  8. OK, I can't be the only person noticing how odd that upper torso/chest piece looks on the first appearance Storm, right? She's my all-time most wanted Legends figure...and that just looks awful and disproportionate. I'm hoping that's not the final piece. It looks more like it belongs on an Aunt May figure. It's way too thin. If it is final, how difficult is it to swap that piece?
  9. This is what I'm hoping for as well. I would love a first appearance Rogue. It would be perfect for a Brotherhood or even post-Giant size team. Would also love the outback Rogue and green t-shirt and white belt look.
