Hey Fellow Collectors, this isn’t as much of a full blown custom, more just a tweaking of the Ursa Major BAF. I saw some custom heads for this guy and thought I’d give it a try. Nothing too crazy, an extra Punisher head from the riders set, a dremel, some mutton chops courtesy AoA Sabretooth, super glue and a bit of paint. Now I just need to track down an additional Ursa Major head when I feel like swapping heads.

Got most of Ursa Major built with the addition of DarkStar. I missed out on the original Red Guardian when he was immortalized in plastic, so I thought I’d try my hand at rounding out my winter guard. Still need to figure out his shield as I’m not happy with my first crack at it.

Hey Fellow Collectors, just finished up a couple of “no paint” customs. More part swaps then anything else. Oh and I threw in a Hooded Cobra Commander for fun. That head sculpt was something I did years ago on a custom CC that I recently rediscovered. Thanks for looking.

I kinda wanted to use the other Rogue head too, but the eyes on that head sculpt were a bit off, so I opted for the head you see. @AnotherPunkChef With a little hot water and a bit of patience the hair should pop off 🤞🏻

Perfect! let me know what you’re looking for... or who you’re trying to build and maybe we can work something out! I do like the Fix It Hulk, not a huge fan of that head sculpt, but it still would be a cool figure to have in the collection! maybe one day hasbro will give us a more comic accurate one as a deluxe figure? Maybe get some accessories to go with it too?

Thanks for the input sentinel and silverback! I never really noticed the wind swept look until you mentioned it sentinel. haha also liked the “plastic” surgeon comment!! this rogue head is starting to grow on me. I still might keep an eye on the Target/Toys R Us retro Rogue, might even attempt a trip to the local Toys R Us if we ever get out of Lockdown!

Hey Fellow Collectors, I’ve been debating tracking down the retro Rogue from Toys R Us here in Canada, but thought I’d give this head and hair swap a try first. I kinda like the way it looks, but was curious what y’all thought first. I took the Rogue/Pyro two pack alternate head and replaced the ponytail hair with the Marvel Select Rogue hair. I also added the hair band from the original Jim Lee Rogue. Here it is...
