yet it seems like Hasbro could easily give us butterfly joints, it is missed opportunity for the figure with shirt design that could seamlessly incorporate butterfly joints, and really bizarre decision to go with pinless on knees and full pegs on arms, when it's definitely made more sense other way around.

Yeah, I wish it was fully pinless but I hate when the pins do not match that portion of the figure, and ur so right about the butterfly joints.

  2. Basically, I said that I wish mattel was still doing DC cuz like u guys said they were starting to figure things out. And idk y people weren't supporting the DC Icons line which was solid, and I was going to get that badasa ETRIGAN but no the line got canceled. I also went on a tangent on how it would be interesting to see hasbro throw their hat into the mix with a DC line. And with their new technology from better articulation to paint apps. It would be cool to see. Like hasbros newer lines ex. Joes, fortnite, look superior when comparing them to a ML, even tho ml is improving slowly I wish they would get with the times. Anyway, I just want a solid line of DC figures. 😔

I agree, the weird scaling for the line bugs me a lot as well. Batgirl should not be the same size as Batman. I have a DC sized hole in my collection, and McFarlane just doesn't do it for me.

Wow I had this long ass reply and I deleted it on accident I am so pist

I’d actually love for DC figures to get a line in scale to Legends. McFarlane’s line, while are finally spreading out from Batman and Superman, are just too tall and frankly oddly Articulated. I bought the first waves Bats and Supes but quickly realized if you try to pose them in any way but standing they look ridiculous.

Too bad that Mattel seemed to finally get their $#!% together in their last few waves ( outside of some characters having supersized heads).

Atlas (arguably his best look, his Goliath look was bad)

Eternals (I like their modern looks better as well as their faces, cos Kirby drew the women like middle aged men)

    Luke Cage

Luke Cage is definitely one design where I prefer modern over classic. Like his look in the game ultimate alliance 2 is how I picture Luka cage, a figure hasbor has never done. They have done luka cage but their trash. And the one based of the show is decent.

I know most people in this collection are mostly classic collectors (many to an extreme,  dare I say, Nazi level of cases) but has there ever been a character that you wouldn't mind getting a modern version of before they even made a classic? Like have you ever seen a modern design for a character and said, "Yep. If we get a figure of that, I wouldn't mind waiting for classic a bit longer".

If I was to use an example, I always wanted a Volstagg figure (out of the three he is my favourite) but If Hasbro was to make a War Thor version, I would be happy.

The unworthy run with thor, so basically how he has been appearing except for the black winter run. I love that look, the destroyer arm, and the missing eye I prefer modern thor look over classic.
