    • A fully articulated Hulk, with "normal" comic heads, not these weird things they're showing now
    • Cobalt Man (maybe use some of that paint they had for the "War Machine" repaint recently done
    • Doc Samson (BOTH his classic look and that all-red suit with ponytail from the Byrne run)
    • Valkyrie (who knows if there's ever gonna be a Thor or Defenders wave; at least she was his teammate). Bright silver paint for all her armored parts! Use the Power Princess buck; she's supposed to be 6'8" but that figure is plainly not representing that....Val's about 6'3" so this should work
    • Woodgod (deep dive) and good prep for the Inhumans Gorgon member
    • Arabian Knight (DEEPER dive) in classic garb; maybe a soft goods magic carpet??
    • USAF Lt Gen Ross. Military uniform overdue
    • BAF- green Harpy (time to get some re-use out of those Angel wings)!

Whoa whoa whoa. Now we're talking here an Arabian Knight! Is one of my favorite character in marvel comics, man I would drop sick amount of money on him. All he needs is his magic carpet (cuz its hasbro i would prefer plastic one with some shape and flow to it) and scimitar sword and he would be good to go. He has been in my top most wanted legends for yrs along with digitek, Abomb, Tyrant, Charlie 44, and Penace.

As far as a Hulk line- as much as that last Abomination was a letdown....another one? Sheesh. Kinda rather have A Bomb. I want a Simonson look Leader (or a red one for t bolts), Harpy, Rick Jones, and the U Foes, Zzzzzaxs, Gargoyle Thunderbolt Ross, Smart Hulk, And an actually good Joe Fixit would be really nice.

Are you talking about the gameverse or comic version of Abomination? Cuz yes the comic one is trash. And man, a Zzzax would go so hard in figure form (I assume difficult to do, so it could either be awesome or be similar to that molten man baf...)

  3. Now, other than cardiac, I'm very excited for the Absorbing man/Constrictor (please be all new), and that DD. I have been wanting a Wesley Snipes blade since my childhood, so I hope this one is going to be fantastic, however, I wish they put Gambit in this wave he was a no-brainer.  That Colossus 2 pack is interesting only if he has some better articulation. Spidey 2099 is my favorite iteration of Spider-Man, so I hope they do him justice. And then there we go with "Incredible" hulk figures (haha), honestly, they could do a rehash of the Gamerverse abomination with different deco and head sculpt, and then we have a pretty great abomination. But Hasbro can we get a Doc Samson, Abomb, Ufoes, WW Hulk, and just more Hulk villains there are barely any within the ML line.

Well us collectors will be affected the most with all these tariffs.

Yep, with the supposed 54% tariffs on China, I am close to calling it quits with collecting altogether. I can't imagine being someone who buys the hundred-dollar+ + figures. Even though I indulge infrequently in ThreeZero products, a once 200-ish transformer will be what now, 300+? That's bonkers, the repercussions outside of the toy collecting (ya know, talking real world(American haha) problems) is already going to be disastrous.  See y'all when half the toy companies are cooked.

They really should have sculpted all new body that would have been close to 9 inches, not as as tall as Marvel Select but taller and bigger than 80th anniversary. And if they were going for "Maximum" they could have given him double jointed elbows (that mass produced retail movie Red Hulk has) and either ball joint in waist or inverted ab crunch like 12 inch scale Hulk figure, now that would have been definitive Maximum Hulk. Come to think of it, that old 12 inch figure is far more Maximum than this lazy excuse.

YES! I have always said this All hasbro had to do was scale this down and choose some different heads, and maybe cuz this is old tooling add that soft new torso thing that looks like this chest tho to allow for the butterfly clap, and there u have the end all be all of hulks damn near. And I would of happily paid $75 for that.

I usually try to stay relatively positive, but this was a very underwhelming showcase today. Most are easy passes. Nothing is a must have.

I'll likely/possibly buy Maximum Hulk (although was not at all impressed by this), Mystique, Masque/Crossbones and Yelena/Alexi but everything else is an easy skip that I'd only consider at 50% off or more.

I feel many will share this sentiment very underwhelming and discount bin based stream. Could have been much better if the anchor of the stream, max hulk was actually a max hulk instead of an updated rehash.

I hope the juggs is all new, and I will be ok with a deluxe price ie gamerverse venom if it has that proper size and articulation we know hasbro can do it so I hope that push this one man. In desperate need of an updated juggernaut. And considering how large that charging effect piece is they just might deliver.

  7. The crossbones looks like an amagalm of new luke cage torso and first release Hercules legs with some new boots, still looks pretty good. I gotta say shockingly I think I liked the red guardian figure the most from here buts its locked in that damn 2 pack same goes for sentry (cool design but I feel the shoulders are kinda low). And obs. that pink slash effect is MvC psylocke, but that orange one tho "bigger than hulk" interesting wonder if that's the jugggs/shuma gorath.

  8. So they did what I thought they were gonna do with different artist renditions of hulk...but I didn't want any of those looks haha. Funny tho for the "maxium" I thought it was supposed to be all new scuplt? Like reused Pinned legs and still single joint elbows? Disappointed to say the least, I will still get this if its under 60 and has a sale. Ngl now I will be surprised if this one isn't 50-59.99 as they haven't done to much new except integrate a new soft torso set up, could have been even better if they gave hulk the bottom crunch to cuz I mean they just did that for that deluxe Venom so... it should have been done.

  9. Kind of shocked how close this was to the last reveals and even more astonished at how quickly time flies. After seeing those maximum hulk leaked parts, I am now seemingly pessimistic due to the single elbow joint...Hasbro, don't drop the ball!!! Think that will be revealed even tho its close to the maximum spidey, but since Spidey is trending upward in positivity, I think now is perfect timing for Hasbro to capitalize.

I'm expecting that Hasbro had been planning sharing the Gamerverse wave at ToyFair but that got bumped up when they had to replace the Joe Classified stream, so they just held Archangel back.

A guy that works for Diamond that sometimes posts on this forum said that these figures are still expected to be released but delayed. I still hope to get Annihilus, but don't really care about the others they've shown. I won't flatly rule out Hobgoblin and War Machine but I probably won't get those. Even if they didn't do Annihilus I wouldn't be too heartbroken since I have the old BAF. I'm personally more worried about the Mauler Twins and Rex Splode from the Invincible animated show.

I really only care for Annihilus as IMO the previous offerings just suck. Though I preorder the war machine and archangel but those wouldn't be deal breakers if they were booted, would suck but not an epic loss like the annihilus would be.

I agree. Where else are you supposed to flaunt your stuff? The biggest toy expo in basically te entire world and you basically do little more than show up. This is crazy. I can't believe this was all they had to show. They were basically able to bring their entire exhibit in all in one paper bag. Oh man and don't even get started on what a bomb other lines like Star Wars were. Feel sorry for those fans too.

This is far too true, I even feel stands with other brands; What's up with the light showing (set my expectation too high)? The only brand/line that even remotely made me excited was neca's Sesame Street and 2012 tmnt.

When are they showing the full panel of reveals???

I may be misremembering, but I think Ryan said somewhere that this showing for ML is very light and not to expect anything grand. But I will still sit here expecting something grand, haha. And I hope they show panel reveals because what they have shown only feeds the plastic hunger.

I  am usually really good at knowing when to sell figures that are going to be re-done…but I think I got it wrong selling X-Force. Damn, I didn’t think they were ever going to revisit this team, let alone release four updated members in one year! Wonder if they will re-do Wolverine, Fantomex, Psylocke, or Deathlok?

If the update those figures, I will buy em all.

I mean it's not a wave for me personally, only because I don't collect Videogame figures , but it does really honestly feel very uninspired having 2 Peters and 3 Miles, The Spider-Man video games actually have some very neat looks for characters, why this wave couldn't have been more diverse seems silly, it really feels like a "Spider-Man sells out everytime..Arggg give them Spider-Mannnn money money, they always want spiderrrrrmANN"

in reality it could have been a very interesting wave, characters like Mysterio, Vulture, Scorpion, Shocker, Lizard, Rhino.

And what's sad is likely they will never release any of those guys.

also this wave would have really benefited from either Kingpin or Venom being a BAF it would have forced people to buy the entire wave, it's really silly they omitted a BAF when they easily could have. Now there is no question some of these figures will be hot, but certainly there are going to be pegwarmers..they could have avoided this....

This 100%, the wave selection just sucks. All those interesting designs and characters they could have chosen from they just did a literal spiderman wave. And it hurts that there's a very high chance that Hasbro will never release the big bads from this game, and in part due to the lackluster half of this wave which as you said would have greatly benefited the wave in terms of sales and not pegwarming. ML team showed a wave and 2 "deluxe" offerings and we all know that kingpin which is just complete reuse with new hands/heads should have been the baf here, but Hasbro knows that they could maximize their profit by cutting out the baf from waves and selling it in a deluxe format (which to be honest at times I prefer cuz some waves suck w/ a desirable baf IMO ie. blackheart wave). Hasbro use to do 9-10 bafs a year... last year there was 2. Currently, hasbro thinks it can replace the baf part w/ filler like idk a mini comic book (haha) or the blister cards where the value is most certainly not there.

I'm surprised how difficult it has been to find comic art of Archangel's wings that exactly match that tease. The only thing I could find that looks anything close to that is this variant comic cover of Uncanny X-Force #15. The only other image I could find looks similar too but I think that's fan art.

I almost forgot about this, made me remember that I hope they redo Deathlok with some better articulation.
