  1. I thought the movie was pretty unremarkable. Firmly okay territory. Better than the dumpster fire of Black Widow, but nowhere as entertaining as Shang-Chi.
  2. The only Ketch Hasbro has made was the blue flame armored look from the late 2000s. Classic Ketch was an early Toybiz figure. Still holds up on the shelf too; though obviously the dated articulation and flimsy motorcycle base mean he's owed a nice upgrade. Anyway, hope we get the last Ghost Rider book back. It was great, well received, solid sales, it just got the axe with a bunch of other b-level books during the covid shutdown. And maybe a nice Ghost Rider wave next year.
  3. I'm pretty psyched with the reveals overall. Knull looks great, even if I do wish he was a HasLab so we could get his dragon. D'Spayre is a must have. 20th Iron Man looks excellent.
  4. Yeah, I thought we had seen leaks for Lizard as a Walmart exclusive instead. I'd welcome him as a Target one, I find those much more consistently. Wherever he lands,I hope he's mostly a new mold based on the classic look; the BAF is awful for more than just the weird dino head, thanks to its junk legs.
  5. This seems really neat, but will probably cost more than I'd be willing to invest.
  6. The first issue of Beyond was a pleasant surprise; my expectations were very low, bit I enjoyed it. Hope the book stays strong.
  7. Still desperately looking for my Cosmic boys too. I've generally been lucky- the only Walgreens exclusive I've missed entirely was Mystique. At this point it feels clear that Walgreens can't properly meet demand and it's frustrating they use them so much. Ideally I'd like to see them become shared Walgreens and Fan-Channel exclusives. Especially after seeing stuff like the Cuckoo's and Dani's go up on BBTS a while back.
  8. I'm glad we'll be able to play through this with the DnA uniform on, but it still looks pretty rough. Hopefully it plays well.
  9. Keeping my expectations low; I fully expect him to be turned into a walking punchline like the MCU has handled nearly every other Cosmic character.
  10. Pinless is, on its own, useless to me. I'd be happy to upgrade every figure I've ever had if they give them universal butterfly and diaphragm joints. Especially the female figures, which are in desperate need of better articulation.
  11. Bumping this thread because the Spidey Mechs have landed. Haven't been able to crack open the Symbiote Spidey yet, but I'm really impressed with the first one. The inner package tray is designed to look like a mecha runway, which is fun.
  12. Hopefully it's only like two MCU figures so we can get a nice lineup of much needed Marvel Supernatural figures. Need Clea, Wong and Mordo for sure. Nightmare and some Mindless Ones would be aces too.
  13. Got two Stranges in; plan to keep one classic and one with some minor painting for his blue mask look. Easy pass on the MCU figures. Now the long wait and hope we avoid random cancellation emails.
  14. If this figure had the classic black detailing to the mask, it would be perfect. As is, it'll be a fantastic replacement for my 80th Cap.
  15. Eh, overpaid rich people paying other overpaid rich people. I feel like this was always how this was going to end, though I'm surprised it moved as quickly as it did.
  16. I'm still psyched Web-Man got a figure. He's weird and fun, and adds a character never before made to our shelves. He's just a fan channel repaint of existing tooling, it's not like his existence is taking away from anything else getting made. His colors really pop in-hand.
  17. Whatever this is should be coming after Inferno wraps, so who knows what the status quo will look like moving forward from there. And oh sweet, didn't recognize Dr. N without his hat but I love that guy; sold
  18. Pixie is one of the few X-People I like, so I'm potentially interested in this
  19. Lyla probably just made this a must buy; looks like Miguel will be my first of these Mezco figures
  20. That's the most likely, but I was bummed with that mold just like I am every time they invest in a new one but don't give it butterfly shoulders or modern torso articulation. Hercules was alright but deserved them, but I think a good Superman expy really needs the personality that those joints can give their poses
  21. US Agent is obviously a much needed remake. I'm sure it'll bother some if he's just a Cap repaint again since he supposed to be a bit beefier than Steve, but I'll be fine with the 80th mold for him if they go that way instead. I'd probably pick the Sunfire mold personally for those sweet butterfly joints. Speedball is great news as well. Love when a classic character gets a Legends figure for the first time, and he's well earned it. He strikes me as a Pizza Spidey kinda guy, but he'll look great on my shelf with Night Thrasher, Nova, Darkhawk and Rage. Hopefully Justice and Namorita are coming soon. Blue Marvel is the most exciting character we've had leaked for next year so far, as far as I'm concerned. Having as many of the Ultimates out before Galactus would be ideal, but he's a great character regardless and a figure I've been hoping for. It won't happen, but I hope we get a new mold to replace the old Hyperion one for the Superman-esques like him and Sentry with better proportions and butterfly joints. Either way, if they include his full-faced mask as an alternate head, I'd buy two.
  22. The Amazon page mentions them as if they were part of a wave with these two. That seems the most likely; probably a single pack release of the Amazon 3 pack Wanda with some new paint and the old Target white Vision to tie into the show. Although something more extensive for him would be nice considering how brittle the Target figure was.
  23. Yeah, when I think classic Loki, I think more in line with the Pizza Spidey mold. Even Sunfire seems like a better compromise. This mold has always seemed too much for my taste.
  24. I'm still confused by this. Both of these figures were widely available a few months ago still for half price, and none of the minor changes or accessories added here seem worth double dipping for unless you just really want a carded retro set. Easy pass for me.
