It’s “She” + “Are” in the animated series with little to no pause in between. But I always have and will pronounce it as “Shire” 😄

Wish he was sporting a more grayish blue. And a better face sculpt bc this one looks wack how his lips are puckered up. Looks like he’s wearing lipstick. Plus I thought it was a signature look how his helmet closed in on his white eyes.

Ch’od looks good using this mold and all but they still should’ve applied more than just forearm fins.
His cavs are missing the fins.
His heels are missing the toe/claw.
He should only have 4 fingers per hand.
Cuttin’ corners, maaaaan.
But with that said, Starjammers have been something I’ve desperately wanted in this line for a long time coming so he and Corsair will.be.mine.1 -

Take AOA for example, you have Morph, Sabretooth and Wild Child who could easily be used in an Exiles team, Dark Beast, X-man and Sugar man are all part of the Prime universe, Legion is a prime universe character, Sunfire and Wild Child again used these costumes for the prime universe, and Wolverine..............well it's wolverine and he has a massive following.
As for the HOX wave, which was essentially made to tie into the Sentinel, you have Jean who is using her classic costume, Omega Sentinel who was given a classic head and Moira who was given a whole classic look.
As for the Retro wave, mate they are all over the place with that selection and have figure from all time periods.
I understand but regardless of pegwarmth, they still made these specific themed waves whether some of the figures could tie into other stuff or not. Besides, we’ve all seen mixed waves pegwarm too at one point or another. Just saying it *could* still be done. And I would bet my bottom dollar that something like a Cockrum Phoenix Saga themed wave (including all or most Starjammers) would outdo an AoA or HoX wave any day! 💪

This body always seemed fit for the dude so it’s no surprise they went through with it. But as a baf? That stinks since I only wanted to get Corsair out of the assortment and probably Fang. But anyway, looks awesome. The jaw hinge is a nice touch. He is missing yellow paint in some places though. And the fins that are suppose to be on his cavs 🙄0 -

I’m expecting Spider-Woman to be Jessica in her Ron Lim costume which I also won’t care for. Personally, I want to see the classic again but with double jointed elbows, more hair & an alternate head with no hair.
As for Ben, I’m not familiar with other costumes beyond the 2 looks we got in the line so don’t know what else to expect there. I think it’s more because this wave she’s in has barely shown up at the end of 2022 and most people haven’t gotten their hands on her yet. I almost considered leaving her off myself. What I’m really trippin over is that Lizard didn’t even make the cut..😵💫 that’s criminal!

Got during the Black Friday sale for a decent price ($99) but waited till Christmas to bust open. Fun set to go through and very happy with these three. Wolverine was just a waste of plastic.
Still prefer the skin color/deco on deluxe Mojo so if that guy ever hits Modok level discounts, I’ll surely be scooping him up. But anyway, sooo looking forward to more Outback.0 -
Yea one less avenue for comic Legends doesn’t seem all that exciting to me. But maybe they’ll make up for it in some way, or they already are.. who knows.
Personally, I’ve had very little difficulty with WG exclusives. Aside from Galactus, because I feel he’s a FOTY in his own right, my top 10 would have to be:
#10. Razorback. Imagined bigger butstill apleasant surprise.
#9. Retro Modular Iron Man. Nostalgia AF.
#8. Mojo. Wasn’t really wow’d until I got him but really is an impressive update.
#7. Amazing Friends Spider-Man. Body, deco, great. Not as small as I understood.
#6. Shocker. Despite having to finish the deco myself, such a much needed classic.
#5. Baron Zemo. This was my #1 wanted villain/costume after the MODOK update.
#4. Retro Symbiote Spider-Man. Toyed around with him more than any other, I think.
#3 Spiral. Amazeballs.
#2 Lizard. The OG head piece was a dream come true. Masterpiece!
#1 Captain ‘Merica all the way. I mean.. finally, man..geez. Falcon’s turn!
Only one I haven’t acquired yet from this 10 is Spiral but all of these were easily some high priorities in my mental log (yes, even Razorback 😄 ). But anyway, Happy New Year to you all and here’s hoping more of your/our ML wishes come to pass within the next 365 🍻1 -
