Well Tigra looks rad. But I dunno wth they were thinking with Binary bc she absolutely should’ve been on the Moonstone buck. Like… why? WHY?! Everything else is an easy pass. I hope this means Pulse Con is gonna be frickin lit 🔥

Was already happy for the known and shown Tigra. But I LOVE that Binary is being done. I only wish she was on the moonstone buck though… oh well. She Definitely pumped my hopes back up for some other characters I’ve been longing for.

Lol It’s definitely getting funded! There is 30+ days still and Im betting that *at least* 25% of the total number will be backers toward the end. Isn’t that how it goes? I know I won’t be officially backing it until later on either because I’m still gathering funds for it so.. I stand with mako here.. If you have been collecting for a while and keep up with the Hasbro guys, you’d know they have mentioned time and time again that they are watching the boards. We simply say what we like and express what we don’t. Some agree, some don’t. Some are popular, some aren’t. But if complaints bother you enough, then maybe you & others should spread more praise🤷‍♂️. Either nut up or shut up 😃

30$ for a regular figure that comes with nothing but an extra head. Not gonna con me into that one! 😄 On the bright side, at least it’s not on the Hyperion buck again 🙌

Ya if Surfer and/or Frankie look badass enough, wouldn’t be surprising to see a spike in numbers.

I still can’t believe they’re even offering Galactus in this size so I’m stoked to (hopefully) be getting him. Naturally curious to see the tier unlocks but not sweating over them. Although I would REALLY like if they made a tier for another head and chest plate to create a classic Galactus because if he is never gonna happen again then the more versions of him in one, the better👍

Definitely no question that this is hella expensive just like sentinel still was but I just think it’s funny that collectors will go on to buy 6” figures for $30 to $100 (or more) but turn around and condemn this 32” monster for being 4 hundo. Apparently THAT’s too much money for a collector in this expensive hobby to save up and invest with. And you’d also have to be an ignoramus to not even think this would be a good investment. But anyway, my only real complaint here is the short time given to back this thing. And about Silver Surfer, all I ever really wanted was a Kirby inspired update, which I’m hoping will happen on a retro card one day. But until then, toybiz still has the better looking Surfer from the head and paint work alone (imo).

Venom gets a deluxe price tag and only has 1 extra head so they can kiss my heinie on that one. Zartan looks like the better deal. and I don’t know who this Captain guy is but he looks like a dork.

But they already did smaller Galacti. This is an offering to those who DO want these characters/figures huge enough to actually tower over collections, like they’re meant to! 😃

I understand, but majority would simply and wisely sit around to wait for the inevitable discounts. And yea like @The Mad Bubbler has said, big retailers wouldnt wanna stock these massive, expensive toys. Space is precious time and money. They also don’t give a shat about toys. They would be doing Hasbro a favor. I can see etailers having it better. But even then, everybody would still wait for discounts and these big boys will end up being failures.

I’m not ready to be a pessimist so soon. Like I’ve mentioned before, it’ll likely take backers some time to figure out how/what they can do to finance this thing. I didn’t back the sentinel until all tiers were shown so I suspect many could just be waiting to see 1 or more tiers. I need that motivation boost myself. But I do hope this succeeds because I remember back in the day when only talking about these ideas of Haslab was just a stupid fantasy and now look. I can’t not support sentinel, Galactus and Foom. 😄

I wouldn't say the problem is Galactus not being as iconic as Sentinel; he's just not an army builder. Plus the first stimulus rolled out during the Sentinel campaign so I imagine that helped boost those numbers even more. But even so, there has got to be a lot of collectors, such as myself, that are using these 40+ days to come up with the funds before backing this bad boy.

Super happy about the red for sure. I’ll pick him up if I see em.. maybe. Would’ve been awesome if he came with like a Galactic Storm inspired head instead —rocking that glorious mullet. Maybe an alternate yelling head. But no, they give us frickin cheeto hands.

Well then I reckon these rereleases aren’t for you. They came out after Thanksgiving and didn’t exactly warm the pegs… in my world, anyway. but I do like the other stuff you’re singing about. 👍

Great route for them to go with classic Avengers who might’ve already had a modern release. The vintage packaging compliments them so well.

Well the only point I’m making is that if a tier unlock in indeed Silver Surfer, it should definitely be 1:12 scale vs a tiny little knick knack of him. Between the two, if you were to back it, what sounds like the better tier unlock to you?? If it were any other herald that hasn’t been made, then that would be pretty shatty. Especially if I can’t get or don’t want Galactus. But just like sentinel, I would have to sell off some things if I ended up wanting to invest in it.
