Great route for them to go with classic Avengers who might’ve already had a modern release. The vintage packaging compliments them so well.

Well the only point I’m making is that if a tier unlock in indeed Silver Surfer, it should definitely be 1:12 scale vs a tiny little knick knack of him. Between the two, if you were to back it, what sounds like the better tier unlock to you?? If it were any other herald that hasn’t been made, then that would be pretty shatty. Especially if I can’t get or don’t want Galactus. But just like sentinel, I would have to sell off some things if I ended up wanting to invest in it.

Ehhh screw that, if theyre putting a Surfer as a tier unlock, it better be a badass 6” surfer. Not a tiny figurine just to make nonbackers happy while backers get less bang for their buck. At least it’s a character that’s been released 2 times in the last couple years vs a new character we haven’t gotten.

Still such a cool ass figure and I’m glad someone FINally done did it. Gonna look great with the Modular IM.

A blend of flats and shines throughout the figure would be better looking imo than this all out dark metallic everywhere. I just like my classic figures to look like they flew right off the pages most times. But if he is supposed to be dark metal green, then that means classic Iron Man is supposed to be dark metal gold. I understand those that like the realistic, metallic, modernization applied to their figures but I’m not sold on that view entirely when it comes to the classic comic book legends in their classic comic book designs. It’s like the new Nova for me…. I dislike the gold they threw on and would’ve been happier if it were yellow. That’s just me though. Even the new modular armor we just got. It’s a pet peeve I wish I didn’t have. 😭🙂

I could be way wrong but as I’ve become more casual with my collecting, I can’t imagine any other project that could tempt me to back it other than Galactus, Foom or a Giant Man (and the sentinel, which I did). No way I’d pay 100s of dollars for anyone/anything else. But like I said…. could be wrong.

I’ve been itchin for some Cap stuff. Especially the classic redeco. Kinda hoping he gets new heads with some expressions. Either way yeah bring on the Capt America figures! Bucky, Falcon, the Madames, snake people, all the Barons. Grey Widow without bomber jacket. Do everything.

Never was a priority of mine, but he is one badass lookin baf. Every time I see him, i imagine someone making his human form out of the new Red Skull figure.

Im actually glad the team is in this wave. For my 2nd time to acquire them, I would rather get all 4 at once, if I wanted, than take the Walgreens cycle to complete again. I am dying for classic flame-on Johnny though.
