Hi all This post for knowing if there are guys like me who are part of the last haslab campaign via zavvi uk (for galactus). To be short, with a lot of mail to zavvi customer support (more than 10), i try to have an answer to the simple question that is : when will the transaction be finalized on paypal. I come up against a wall of incomprehension from their side, they told me its a preorder, payment will be done when item is ok for expedition, blablabla... I think they dont know what they sold The 2020 campaign (sentinel) went fine with a finalised trasaction on sept 2020 Still waiting for the sending Actually, the payment for galactus is pending and i can have any delay for the transaction to be finalized Are there guys in same situation than i ?
