  1. I noticed this as well. Particularly with how bad they are butchering Mr. Knight as a character. I don't like what they've done to him, at all. He's such a useless goofball and an emotional and verbal mess. They took a complete 180 on him. I also don't like what they've done to Khonshu. They've made him into an unlikeable prick and they make no effort to win you over to him. I'm enjoying the show overall, but it's hilarious to me how badly they are treating certain characters. I'm not as familiar with the comics, particularly before Warren Ellis' run, but what are you referring to as deviating?
  2. Both, but I'd want Mr. Knight more. We've gotten a few comic releases at this point but we've never gotten a Mr. Knight so we need that more. They could even give us 2 versions; the jacketed version and the vest version with the sleeves rolled up like in this poster. This is the look I want the most (if I could only pick one) because he just looks like a brawler. I'm hoping we'll get all 3, and I'd buy all 3 if they do it.
  3. I've been to 4 stores near Chicago and haven't found a single ML in any of them. I know a few were found in Riverside, CA and MCUcollector found some as well; wherever he's at.
  4. I also second this notion. The Thor section of Marvel Comics has some of the most interesting characters, and the Legends team seem to never want to explore it. There are so many characters that either deserve to be redone, or released in the first place. I know they can only release so many waves in a year, but can they please find a way to squeeze in some Thor characters? I'd much rather see figures of characters like Odin, Sif, Baldur, Heimdall, Hela, Enchantress, Skurge, Gorr, the Destroyer, Ymir/Laufey (Haslab), but instead we get some weird off-shoot stuff like AoA. I don't want to take away from the other waves we've gotten. I just wish we got some Thor love sprinkled in between the Iron Man, Deadpool, X-Men, and Spider-Man waves. They each get like 3 or 4 waves before we get a Thor figure, let alone a whole (comic) wave. With the redo of Ulik, it gives me hope that we might start to see some more. But we'll see
  5. We need a Legends redo of Anti-Venom. Hopefully this team will drive them to make figures of these characters
  6. If anything, I think the quality of legends has gone down over the last 2 years. I can notice a huge difference in the product while they are working from home. The final products rarely look like the digital render (iceman, dormammu), awful face sculpts get the greenlight (sue storm, new sabretooth), many joints are feeling gummy, QC issues (stealth iron man, god doom crotches), and I've broken more joints over the last year than I ever have. The price has gone up 25% in a single year but the quality has severely suffered while they weren't working from the office. I'm hoping they can kick it back into gear, and I think they might be (if figures like Armored Spider-Man or Shocker are any indication), but if they don't step up their game then I'm out.
  7. Prices go up, and the prices of everything are increasing. That's no surprise. The frustrating thing is that these figures are not worth $25. Which means BBTS will sell them for $27 and deluxe figures could be anywhere from $37 to $45 for something like Vulture, or $55 for something like MODOK. Legends simply aren't worth that. You're telling me that repainted retro Hobgoblin is worth $27? Get real. There's way too many other companies making figures in this price range for more value for me to keep giving ML my money. I've already started cutting back on ML and putting it towards other lines last year. This is just all the more reason to.
