  1. It's crazy I know but the toxic elements of TOY COLLECTING can't grasp that not everything is intended for them. (Or they have to put down people who were not able to get something when it first released as less than.) I am all for rereleases. Rerelease everything! Destroy the scalper market!
  2. It doesn't take a data scientist to look at the graph of previous haslabs and see that (other than the massive cancellation wave after the hellcharger fiasco) they basically add nothing to the numbers between the first couple of weeks and the limp bounce over the final days. But I can't trust the judgment of anyone who uses "spurts" and "trickles" that much
  3. I'm not trying to be rude, but yes you are wrong. Again this is not a preorder. You are right that there is not a limit to number being produced but that's not the important part. Yes they will fill the orders they receive. However, and this is that downside you haven't thought about, the pace at which orders are placed will affect the campaign. Maybe I can explain it. If that 40% number you mentioned stopped waiting and instead all committed to backing today, the project would be backed. Well then there are two weeks left, and maybe order will trickle in and unlock those 2 tiers. But, if everyone just placed their orders immediately, Hasbro would want to keep the momentum going. That could mean more or better extra tiers. Especially because, and this is especially crucial after the mass cancellation of the Hellcharger, if the project is funded before the deadline, Hasbro is more likely to add more accessories to entice backers not to leave. The number of backers to get it made covers Hasbro making their cut, excess orders are not going to drastically increase production cost. TL;Dr please please top waiting until the deadline to back these. Your are not doing anything but hurting the chances for the campaign to get extra goodies
  4. Ok so I think that like me, you view a crowdfunding campaign as an opportunity to get together and finance a toy that would be unfeasible otherwise. Everyone works together and gets a cool thing! But this other guy, he seems to view a crowdfunding as a preorder campaign that either fails or doesn't and either way it wasn't something he ordered so who cares. Instead of working together to get the toy made, he doesn't understand why it wouldn't be a shorter period because, no matter what, he was going to order at the last convenient second. Ironically enough this kind of behavior is what actually makes these last longer because business is dumb and whenever it see a graph swing up the immediate reaction is "yes.more."
  5. I just finished reading Daredevil #12 and I would absolutely love a figure of the all white "Hand of God" Daredevil from the last page.
  6. I think the issue is about whether you approach costumes from a functional or aesthetic starting point. Because you're giving consideration to how it would actually feel to wear and move in whereas I'm just like baaaahn-baaaahn-baaaahn-baaaahn-baaaahn-baaaahn-baaaahn.
  7. Love the look. Love the jacket. But I get the criticisms, imagine if a male superhero wore something as ridiculous and impractical as a jacket. An item of clothing specifically designed so it can never be removed
  8. In what world does that experience qualify you to speak on what a flying superhero wears to fight aliens?
  9. When are we getting Feral? (Has there ever been an ML Feral figure?)
  10. How could they mess up the wheels so badly? There should be 5 spokes, like a pentagram or a Dodge Charger. Not 6 spoke wheels that look like came off a 95 Honda Civic. The rims are not only ugly, they're not accurate to the Comic, the Charger, or the Devil.
  11. I just want to take a moment to appreciate how the Marvel Legends fanbase can't even look at a joke-y mock-up without finding some reason to complain about the quality of the figure
  12. Wow. CKS did some seriously quality pun work. "No small parts only small actors" Chintrah? CHINtrah! Now that's comedy.
  13. I think the early costume was lighter green but current costume is darker. The stripes are usually black or nearly-black with green highlights But both costumes definitely had the same color stripes on the front and the back of the wing things. Edit: This looks like the early 90s X-Force costume but with darker green
  14. "in order to continue our commitment reducing plastic pollution, we are Hasbro are now shipping completely empty boxes"
