Actually him getting recast would be a natural time to change gears. I've always wanted an R rated Young Thor movie with violent Viking battles against Trolls and Giants, tons of Mead, and Thor wooing lots o ladies. That coulda had all the fun they were trying to inject into the franchise, while staying grounded and gritty while still giving big fans the Mythology and high fantasy people like myself wanted from the character. But alas, that is merely a pipe dream. But any change from The last movie would be welcome. Well see how the Russos do him this time around.

For sure agree about that weird time anomaly that I spent a few hours on a few yrs back. (Did give it a chance on D+, but couldn't get through it) But I'll disagree that the character is unsalvageable. No reason is needed to just make a good movie. Just like they seem to not be mentioning the horrible season three ending of the mediocre Luke Cage show. (We'll see next season though) Just don't mention the bad parts and move on. No real explaination needed. Plus by the time a New Thor would be out it'll be like 5 yrs since the last one. But we'll see, this was just a thought by a guy with no concrete information or plans.

Agreed, I can't wait for mine to ship. They got pushed back to June, but I hope Pulse ships em a little early.

Man, the amount of us hoping it's something we just don't even want is rising. I too just hope it's some repaints or something I don't want. But it will probably be a repaint t I don't want packaged with a must have.

Gotta agree about this look. Why make the Maximum "definitive" figure of a short lived outfit? It seems they keep pulling a defeat out of an assured victory. I have fallen for all of these figures. Spidey is great, but overpriced. Same with DP. Hulk is a figure I love and have a blast with, but I refused to pose him on a shelf type, permanent, set up due to fear of cracking or wear on that chest piece, just like I talked about the minute they revealed him. I ordered the Thor cause it's Thor and I need all Thor figures. But yes, this is not the look they should have chosen for the ultimate, perfect "one Thor you Need" figure. Dwight even seemed to agree in the reveal panel. Kinda wish he had pushed back a bit more.

Looking back, the Branagh Thor is arguably the best movie. At the time I felt it was lackluster and missing some jeopardy. Could have used more world building imo. But at least it didn't try to make it a bad Sci Fi movie like Dark World or a joke like the Waititi movies. There was a lot good about Ragnarok, but the more I see it the more annoying I find the issues that bothered me originally. I still like the Hulk stuff, the Kirby armored dudes on Sakaar, and an actual Dragon in what should be a Fantasy movie. But overall it's meh. So yes Sir. I would love a good Thor movie with a highly Shakespearean script. I'd love to actually see Amora and Baldur. See the Warriors Three actually Do something. Still shocked we get all the World of Wakanda stuff, but have never gotten a Tales of Asgard cartoon or series.

When they were actually SDCC exclusive, it sucked, but I would begrudgingly buy a set for literally double if it had "must haves" in it off Ebay. But remember, this was back when they put out 4-5 sets a year and a few 2 packs or what not, at under 20 bucks a figure. This used to be a 5 or 600 dollar a yr hobby for even a completionist. So that was a once an every other yr splurge for me. Since Covid they've been on Pulse. Which is literally The only good thing that came out of that whole s show 🤣. It had been nice actually being able to get them for msrp. Yes, as a fan ya gotta be on your game and insta order, most of the time. But, the last one was up for literally like 15 collective minutes in the states. I don't even think I'm hyperbolizing here. The site got glitchy as Hell and a lot of people couldn't get it that were there at the agreed upon hour to get it. They should just put these up for order the last day of the convention and make as many to order as are ordered that day. You can only order on this day, but if you do, you get it.

How about something I can actually buy if I want it! That'd be great. Not something I can wake up a 5 am and call into work to maybe snag one while it goes live for 30 seconds at a time like the last one.

Agreed, I was getting that two pack for a better version of that Kitty, and when I got it in hand, it was meh. An upgrade, but not enough for the price. And, like you say, waaay too tall. Taller than the Emma? I like the Colossus, but my Juggernaut 2 pack version is fine. Still wish this had been the shirtless version, especially now that we are getting the armored Psylocke. He woulda almost completed the Outback team even if his trunks weren't quite right, or whatever, he'd have been close enough. As of now I haven't even opened that 2 pack, which is out of character for me. Just hope it goes up in value now.

I wanna be excited for these, definitely looking forward to the movie, but pretty lackluster. Couple a re-release, and a Hulk that's just off. Not loving the face sculpt. And not sure what's old or new other than the head, but it isn't that great.

I too buy everything Moon Knight, so I'm in the same boat. And I don't play the game, I hate this type of game btw. I did order, but Im leaning toward canceling. The reason I ordered, off Amazon, was because most video game figures increase in value, and almost all MK figures do too. I know he's a popular character to play as and he's pre sold out on EE, but not Pulse. Just wanted to lock it in. Sept is a ways off to change my mind and Amazon won't charge till then.
