  1. I wasn't interested in original X-Factor suits, but this Cyclops looks so good in plastic form that I had to preorder. The colors are perfectly bright. And that optic blast looks so cool. Is it interchangeable with the older optic blast effect? I was then on board for Jean, until I saw that the yellow boots are missing. I really want a Dave Cockrum style Nightcrawler. I feel the '97 version is the closest we've got so far, with perfect face shadowing. The original long-haired AoA Nightcrawler is one of my top most-wanted figures.
  2. Yes, a multi-power Rogue like that would be amazing! Instant purchase. When I was a kid I remember getting an issue of X-Men Classic with her fighting Nimrod like that.
  3. I would definitely get a few X-Men in Deluxe/Maximum packs. Nightcrawler with a head in Dave Cockrum style, and one in bright blue with a mullet in Alan Davis Excalibur style. Plus a few nice bamf effects. Rachel Summers in her hound outfit with a normal head, one with flaming hair, and one with the hound markings. Plus big and small flame-wings. Wolfsbane in a darker color with alternate heads in various stages of wolf morph, and with a ponytail as she appeared in Excalibur. Jim Lee Cyclops with new optic blast effects in various sizes, plus the sizzling effect. Maybe a visorless head with red eyes. And the bomber jacket with swappable arms. Jean Grey with a much needed variety of new telepathic and telekinetic effects. Gambit with a variety of new charged card effects. Iceman with an ice sled.
  4. I wish they had reversed Banshee’s hairstyles from the heads of the 3-pack version. As a 90s kid, that one is my Banshee, so I'm not terribly inclined to get this classic one. But if they had offered reversed hair sculpts, that would have been a major incentive for me, so that each figure could have both heads with appropriate hairstyles. I don't remember him having mutton chops while wearing the 90s team suit. The mini comic covers are cool, but yeah, I would have preferred that whatever budget was allowed for them had instead gone towards character specific accessories or paint, such as that. As for Siryn, I really hope they re-release her in the same costume but with brighter colors like those used for this Banshee. And with two headsculpts: one with neutral face and hair and the other with screaming face and flowing hair. And maybe flip her wings so the stripes are facing forward instead of the back. Unlikely, I know. But I’d instantly buy it.
  5. I only need 2 versions of Professor X. The hoverchair one and this one. As a big fan of the animated series, I’ve been wanting a figure in his green jumpsuit for a long time, so I’m thrilled. I think he wore this outfit fairly often, even while in the hoverchair after returning from the Savage Land.
  6. Look at it this way: I don't think Wolfsbane ever wore that New Mutants costume from the Moonstar release. So technically this is the first Marvel Legends figure of Wolfsbane.
