Just curious as to how you guys know that the people you say are scalpers are actually scalpers, they could just be collectors who like to have more than one of the figures (even though one should be enough) just like alot of collectors on this site have. I've seen titanium man 3 times so far, only bought him the first time I found it though. I always leave anything I already have on the shelf for someone else, because that's what I would like a fellow collector to do for me.
I for one have straight out asked them.

I cannot find Titanium man anywhere. Where has anyone found him? I reall want him picked up a red Ironmonger and a blue one and Titanium man is the one one I want from the second wave. wave 2 Ironmonger isn't all that special, right?
The only time and place I saw them was at a Wall-mart 2 weeks ago, I got both of them. There was only one Titanium man and 3 open-c Ironmonger. Recently I have run into 4 scalpers, and whats worse my cuz at TRU says that the a couple of workers have been hording up different kinds of stuff to sell on ebay , also my friend at wall-mart says some employees there have found out the demand for Jokers from the movie line and also are hording them to sell on ebay.

It's based on the video game, that came out in 05.
This and that game is friggin' awesome for anyone, even if you're not really a fan of the Punisher, it's just awesomly fun.
even though i hate the punisher that game was fecking fun. But that's not what the camo figure is based on. it based on a mini series call Welcome Back Frank.
I've been picking up The Punisher comics since right before Ennis's "welcome back frank" and I think grand nixon island comes after that arch, and I don't think he's got that camo on like that. Heres a pick from the back of the game box

Is the new Punisher Variant (Nemesis BAF) supossed to be Frank Castle or the villian known as Hitman. I would assmue it is Castle, but flipping threw some old stuff, I came accross an old villian of his known as Hitman. Check out Punisher War Journal (Vol.1) # 61. He wore the skull mask over his face.
It's based on the video game, that came out in 05. Theres a part in the game were he goes to Nixon Island and meets up with Fury, he's in that camo. Great game, a must have for Punisher fans.

im going to try and get both on preview night and have that out of the way. if i can't get the FFF then i'll just wait for the series to come out.
When is preview night?, I thought that the companies did not sell anything on preview night. Last year I think they started to sell on Thursday, but I could be wrong.

I found mine at Wal-Mart. He came with the Iron Monger with the open Cockpit.

I'm cool with the wait, The wait has gave me some time to catch up with other stuff ( Joes, Halo 3, DC universe) The way I see it is my hobby should be something that puts a smile on my face, distresses me and lets me get away from my problems and obligations for a little bit, but the moment I start to get too nick picky on sculpts, plastic, price, joints, and why my Thing is not the color I think The Thing should be, and start getting pissed off, annoyed or start picking fights with people over it, thats when I need to find another hobby..........like drinking @smilepunch@

To me the "Civil War" thing didn't really make a lot of sense. They were trying to throw some real world logic in a comic book world. If that was the case, in the real world vigilantism is against the law no matter if it was a normal human or a super-powered one that was doing it. All the people who decide to fight crime in real life must be registered in one form or another, from meter maids to Bounty-hunters, to cops to security guards at clubs( 100$ for a guard card and still could not carry a firearm @grumpy@ ), they all have to at least have contact info to be reached. I think some sort of compromise could have been reached, but then there would be no "Civil War" story.
Also though I love the plant Hulk story ( Hulk's my 2nd fav) That did not make total sense either. Banner and Hulk have usually always tried to stay away from people and civilization, I think if if Stark and the others pitched the idea to Banner that they found a planet that Banner and Hulk can live on with out hurting anyone and be in peace for the rest of their lifes they would of jumped at the chance. Banner is always running away and hiding out in remote locations anyways and The Hulk for the most part dose not like to be around puny weak humans. Then that would probably make a very boring story unless he ended up in sakarr, but then Stark and the others wouldn't look like jerks and I think that is what Marvel is going for. #US1#

Found them today. I know it's a repaint with a new head but I really like the paint work and color and the new head looks better to me than the old one. Nice reusable package :D :D :D
