Set photos from Australia have surfaced online for the upcoming Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The 10 Rings MCU movie. The images reveal a strange looking character which to me looks like some type of henchman. The movie is being directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and will star Awkwafina, Simu Liu and Tony Chiu-Wai Leung. Look for this one to hit theaters on February 12, 2021. -
Get your calendars out because it looks like Marvel and Sony are shuffling release dates for several Marvel movies again. According to THR, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is getting moved from Nov. 5, 2021 to March 25, 2022. Sony's third unnamed Spider-Man movie is taking Strange's old spot of Nov. 5, 2021. Finally Thor: Love and Thunder is getting released a week earlier, going from Feb. 18, 2022 to Feb. 11, 2022.

According to Variety, the original Spider-Man director Sam Raimi is being considered to direct the next Doctor Strange movie which is titled "In The Multiverse of Madness". Last month it had been reported that Scott Derrickson and Marvel had parted ways and he would no longer be directing the sequel. The movie which stars Benedict Cumberbatch is expected to start production in May. The movie is said to also feature Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) and will have close ties with the new Disney+ WandaVision series which is set to debut in December. Multiverse of Madness is slated to open in theaters on May 7, 2021.

THR is reporting that Disney has delayed the release of the next MCU movie Black Widow, which was originally coming out on May 1. The delay is due to the Coronavirus fears which has caused most movie theaters in the US to temporarily close and many studios to pull their films from being released. Last week Disney announced that the 20th Century Fox New Mutants movie was also being delayed. Some studios such as Universal have started releasing their current movies straight to home digital release, so it will be interesting to see if Disney starts to do the same.

Variety reports that actor Owen Wilson will be joining the cast of the upcoming Disney+ Loki series. No word on what character he will play. The series will star Tom Hiddleston who is reprising his role as Thor's half-brother Loki from the MCU movies. The premise of the series is said to feature the God of Mischief popping up in different times periods in human history where he will influence major events. What Marvel character do you think Wilson should play?

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, Disney has released a number of movie posters that were inspired by the Chinese festival. Two of the posters released were for the upcoming Black Widow and Eternals movies coming out this year. Check out the images which come via Yahoo below.

According to THR, Megan McDonnell who has been working on the upcoming Disney+ WandaVision series will also be taking on head writing duties for the second Captain Marvel movie which will star Bri Larson. According to the report McFonnell has entered the final negotiating stage to seal the deal with Marvel Studios. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck who worked on the first film are said to not be returning for the sequel but are looking to work on a future Disney+ Marvel series. Captain Marvel 2 is likely to open sometime in 2022.

I really do not understand what Peter sees in Michelle Jone in Far From Home. Well the movie isn't even out yet I still have to say that this MJ is not my MJ. She just acts like a snorkie jerk and homecoming so I definitely do not want to see then get together for Peter's sake. -

David Harbour is the latest to join Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh in the forthcoming Black Widow standalone from Disney and Marvel Studios. No word on who the Stranger Things and Hellboy reboot actor will be playing or the plot of the film will be except the film will focus on Johansson’s Russian spy-turned-Avenger Natasha Romanoff (aka Black Widow) who was first introduced in Iron Man 2 in 2010. The project is being directed by Cate Shortland with filming to begin in June. Sources are claiming that Rachel Weisz is a person of interest for the film but currently there are no negotiations taking place as no official offer has been made. Source: Deadline Via THR
